(looks like no matter where, they provide bad costumer service, Hemet office, Menifee office, etc…, All the reviews are being posted on Unilocal under the Hemet location) Well, I guess I should read the reviews before I wasted my time. I called the Menifee office today Dec 16th at 10am. I’m first time patient trying to make a first time appointment. First try: Receptionist: Hi, I have a patient ahead of you can you please hold?. Me: k… On hold on the phone for 11 min and then automatically I was transfered to a voice mail machine. Second try: the receptionist: Can you please hold? Me: Uh… well, I was already on hold for 11min and you guys transfered me to a voice mail. The receptionist: Uh nope, we didn’t transfered you to any voice mail, can you please hold?. Me: k… I decided to start driving from wildomar to Menifee while I was on hold. I arrived to their office with my phone with the speakers on. I saw the receptionist doing something on her computer. Not on the phone with a costumer, not talking at that moment with any costumer.(By that time was almost 20 min waiting on my phone to get a hold of the receptionist). Right away the receptionist recognize the music coming out of my phone and said«you are calling to this office» with a small laugh expression on her face. Really? Their staff care less about costumer service, and for what a read in the other reviews, I guess their doctors don’t care neither if they still having that staff there.
