Don’t go there! After a complete transmission rebuild at Transmissions Plus, I had a transmission temperature problem. It would overheat when towing. It took 4 trips back and 3 months to get the problem solved. No one was in any kind of a hurry to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Excuses and delays are the way they operate. And to top it off, they damaged my truck while they had it. I have a 1 year warranty but if I have a problem I will go somewhere else!

First time here, and I was very impressed with the service I received. These guys know what they’re doing! I was informed every step of the way and I felt like a part in the process instead of constantly getting the run around like I have experienced at other shops. My car is running smoothly now all thanks to the Transmission Plus team!

It’s not looking good so far…
Spoke with the owner about my transmission issue, and came back saying he knew the issue we were having and he could fix it. Dropped off the van and did not hear from him until I called him and all I keep hearing from him is how he has my best interests in mind and we are closing in on 2 weeks and no estimate, no time for repair. on my 3rd phone call I told him I need the vehicle and if he cannot fix I’ll go somewhere else and again heard about his personal life and issues with his staff. Now claims he can get it fixed by Friday– Lets see if it’s true.

Great customer service, very nice and helpful mechanics. My car wasn’t running and I couldn’t tow it. They came to my house — at no cost, to come look at my car to see what the problem was. They found the problem and fixed it with a price you can’t beat. I was happy with my service and will always go back there and I refer them to anyone having difficulties with their car.
