This is a fine establishment for gaming. It can get a little packed on certain nights, but the crowd is a good and fun mix of CCG players & RPers. On Wednesday they do board games & D&D! ^_^
The owners here are friendly. It’s obvious they are enthusiastic about gaming and are happy to share that enthusiasm with others. I’ve seen newbies to gaming completely turned off because of snooty shop owners. That never made sense to me because that would only hurt their business. None of that chicanery here. The first night I came in just to check out the place and crowd I was invited to drop into a game. Nice. :)
In checking their prices of D&D manuals, they’re fairly priced — unlike other brick and mortar places that mark up to ridiculous amounts. I’d rather get manuals from here and chance upon a game instead of saving $ 1 or $ 2 online. Seriously, they’re that fairly priced.
So, come for your dice, cards, manuals, etc… and stick around for a game or two.
