The Paint Barrel

Went with my daughter, her nana and good friend. It was my second time. So fun and the teacher was great. We are returning with another friend on Friday the 29^th. Looking forward to it.

This place is awesome!!! Brought my mother in law here for her birthday. Can’t wait to go back!

The chick here is the paint nazi! What a b$&@. Dont come here. Not cool at all. I want to have fun not have somebody critique my painting. I am trying to relax!!!

I went here by myself to just have fun and paint. I am no where near talented in the art department but I had a blast! The instructor was easy to follow and would come around to make sure everyone was understanding. I have my painting above my fireplace (yes, I am that proud of it)! They have a very nice deal where you buy a punch card and the classes are cheaper. I will be going back for sure. It is such a fun experience whether in a group or by yourself!

Always a «5» star to me… Drew was the teacher and he was excellent, didn’t rush anyone… a great place to just relax and enjoy =) I’m addicted!!!

Enjoyed a night out with girlfriends. I have been to a couple different Paint & Sip events, but this place is by far the most organized, & set up properly for the number of people attending (not crawling over each other & bumping elbow through the whole thing). The have a bar area to serve the refreshments, fun music, great instructor, &tools to help us amateurs «get it». It was not too rushed, so you could actually enjoy the company your with without getting behind & they had a couple fun giveaways during the night. Hands down, my best experience at a Paint & Sip yet! Get the Groupon deals & really make it worth it!

It’s Really quite unbelievable that the art director guided me and my group through the process of a koi painting.
When I sat down I literally asked myself «How in the world am I going to make it through this class?»
My group was and I are still astonished!!! I would highly recommend this experience to anyone!

Had so much fun here! Great experience and it was something different! Definitely recommend this for a girls night, date night, time for yourself… it’s just totally worth it! So much fun!

Took the wife here for a date night and had a great time. I didn’t think I’d be into painting when I first showed up but the way they have the class structured really changed my mind, the wine that was served during the class probably helped too. Fun place and the price is reasonable, the staff is friendly. we will be coming back.

This place was a lot of fun! My friend and I were looking for something fun and different to do and we both can only draw stick figures… so we went painting! The staff was friendly and encouraging. The pace was great and we were really happy with our paintings! I like that you can look ahead to see what painting they are doing!
I will definitely come back!

Such an awesome idea! I have been twice now, and I have already made reservations to go back in December! The instructors are awesome, the class is great. They take you step by step through the painting. Its amazing to see how everyones turns out a little different. I had such an amazing time with my girlfriends here.

I can not speak enough praise about paint barrel!!! A group of about 10 girls celebrated a birthday party with paint barrel and we had a great experience!!! We were all very happy and shocked that our paintings looked so perfect. I had such a wonderful experience that I chose to have my daughters 9^th birthday party with them this past weekend. Nikki and chari were helpful and very accommodating. All 12 of the little girls had a blast and multiple times yelled «this is the best party ever!!» Thank you for such a great time… always!!! You will see me soon!

We had so much fun doing this and it was so cool how different but same our paintings were. I felt so satisfied and nourished with what I had created by the end of the night!
I cannot wait to go with my husband again:)

Brought my staff here for a fun day out. It was a lot of fun and the girls seemed to enjoy the whole experience. We brought our own bottle of wine and they charged $ 10 for the corking fee, probably be better if you just got a glass of wine there since we already paid for the bottle, plus the corking fee just adds up more. The instructor was helpful throughout the painting except towards the end, she went a bit faster and I was having a hard time catching up, but we all got to take home our own little souvenir that we made which I really like a lot. Overall a very pleasant experience.

This place is so fun! I’m really glad we have one in Temecula, and it’s cheaper compared to other places I’ve looked up online. $ 35 for a class that includes all your painting materials. I believe they do bottomless mimosa Mondays for $ 10 more, as well as a Wednesday deal.
My boyfriend and I just took the ‘Romance in the Rain’ class. We got there a few minutes before the class started and everyone was in line getting their alcohol. Their house wine was $ 3 per glass, bottles $ 12. There are more expensive wines that go up to about $ 8 per glass and they also serve beer and various snacks. We just got a bottle of Fat Cat moscato for $ 12.
Misty was our instructor and Alicia was our hostess. They were both very friendly and accommodating. There were a couple rowdy students and she managed to humor them and be very classy. She also walked around and helped people who we’re having a difficult time with a particular step. Alicia was great! She was on top of switching out our napkins and water cups. I never had to ask her for anything ’cause she already handled it.
I’m giving Paint Barrel five stars for such a fun experience and great staff! I would love to come back with my girlfriends sometime soon.

I could see how this could be addicting. Paint barrel is so fun! For $ 38 a person you get the canvas, brushes, and all the paint you need for the class. The instruction was pretty clear & it went at a nice pace. It ran about 3 hours long and it was so relaxing. I would definitely be back!
Minus 1 star because they advertise on their website that the $ 35 includes a free first drink, which it does not. Found that out at the end! Wish they told us before hand instead of asking us what we wanted to drink right when we got there without explaining. Oh well!

What a great place !! So much fun and well organized. We came with an open mind. We were impressed. I would recommend to anyone. This is a fun, change of pace event to do. The people taking the class were having a blast too !! Can’t wait to come again !!

Since becoming a mom, I felt that I was becoming a little dull and nights out with my girlfriends are hard to come by nowadays, especially with those who don’t have kids. So what do I do? I got together with a few of my mom friends to drink wine and paint. Yes, we’re such a crazy bunch! Any excuse to drink wine is good for me! So I left the kids with their father for the night and headed over here to meet up with my girlfriends for a night of painting and drinking.
Honestly, I don’t have a creative bone in my body (even though they say Lefties are creative, that’s not always the case!) and somehow I had my girlfriend convince me that I’m creative enough to paint something like «Romance in the Rain». The painting is beautiful… by a professional. By me, not so much… but that’s ok, because I had a great time learning to paint. Even though the end result looked like it was painted by an 8 year old, I had a great time.
There were lots of laughter and goofing around. Even the other moms there were really friendly. The hosts there were wonderful and I downed my Moscato like it was my job. Honestly, I think I’ll get the bottle the next time. You can bring your own bottle, but there’s a $ 5 corking fee. A cup of wine is $ 3, not too bad.
The music they play while we’re figuring out how to paint is also upbeat, I felt like dancing at times.
Anyway, it was a great time and I definitely enjoyed myself. I’ll be back with more of my mom friends to have another excuse to be «creative» and to drink.

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I decided to tag along with a friend to the snowman wine glass candle holder night on Friday, but the minute I walked in I felt at ease. The staff was warm and welcoming. The studio was clean and bright and I love that they have examples of the different paintings and crafts you can do. Another plus is they have beer and wine. You get one glad with your class price and then it is $ 3 a glass (for wine, not sure of beer prices) after that. Our instructor was very knowledgeable and laid back. She encouraged us and helped us if needed. It was a very fun night and I am looking forward to going back again soon!
