The Bee Guy

If I could give a zero star, I would! This company is a rip off! We had a bee infestation problem, and called this company. We were quoted $ 300 to spray and kill the bees, with a 30 day guarantee. The guarantee, we were told, was in the event that the bees returned. They would then come back and spray again. They guaranteed that the spraying would solve the problem. The technician came and sprayed, and then told us it would take a few days for resolution. He also said that we could have a more serious problem, and quoted us $ 1,500 to rip apart a wall, if necessary. This seemed outrageous, especially after he had sprayed and we were given the 30 day guarantee. Needless to say after a week, the bees were back. We made several phone calls and left messages. NO ONE EVER RETURNED OUR CALLS!
So in a nutshell: If you want to waste $ and be given empty promises, then by all means call The Bee Guys Bee Removal and get ripped off, as we did!
Eventually we called D-​TEK Live Bee Removal and the bees were safely removed and we have our house back! D-​TEK was professional, courteous, extremely reasonable, insured and bonded and the owner does not give you lip service and lie to you about your bee infestation! A portion of our roof was removed by D-​TEK and the hive was removed, along with the thousands of bees for a very reasonable price!
Don’t be fooled that spraying will solve your problem… It does not work! If you have alot of bees, there is a hidden hive, and the only way to get rid of the bees is to remove the hive and the queen. It’s pretty simple!
The Bee Guys should be ashamed of themselves for ripping us off!

Called and got an appointment booked quickly for later in the day when we would be home. Initial reactions were great, but as many consumers do, I wanted a second opinion. I found a different name of a company with a different phone number. After describing my situation, the gentleman on the phone intrrupted stating I had already made an appointment with them. He stated «If you are calling around for a second opinion and will cancel later, then I will go ahead and cancel now. Bye» While trying to explain the situation, he hung up on me.
What consumer doesnt call for a second opinion for a service performed???

Fast, courteous and professional technician. Completed removal at price quoted.
I will definitely recommend them to anyone who has a Bee infestation problem.
