I don’t know even where to begin!
Called this store about a week or so ago and spoke to the owner Aileen. Stated to her I was looking for a new sewing machine and that I needed help finding the right fit for me. Being out here in the desert and having limited options not to mention the poor customer service out here, Aileen suggested I do my research on line in regards to a particular brand called Janome.
I did just that and loved and read what I have seen on line. But, I still wanted to see them in person and try one out (kind of like purchasing a vehicle and test driving it before I buy it). Anyways, I called back and spoke to Brian, not only did I receive the best customer service and advice from Aileen I also received the same thing from Brian. Wow!
At any rate, I phoned in and stated that I will be in the area and will be stopping by. When I arrived I was greeting by Brian first and then later came Aileen. Let me just say this about this company. These folks are extremely informational, kind, knowledgable, experienced and over all excellent with customer service, I walked out of their purchasing a brand new Janome and a sewing table on order.
