How these people stay in business is beyond me. And maybe they are not in business anymore. The last time I took my boat there was a couple years ago, and I’ve been meaning to review them. Horrible. Terrible. Awful. Someone get me a thesaurus I need more words to describe the customer service here.

This was, because they are out of business now, one of worst places I have ever gone to for boat repair. The one time, and last that I brought in my boat, I had to pick up the boat with the repair work not done. After bringing in the boat, per the appointed day, it sat for a week without being touched. I complained, and asked why the delay? The owner, got irate, and told me he to come get the boat, he would not do any repairs, I had to pay for parts that were not installed, and find another place to have it fixed. Customer service, not a clue with this place.

I made an appointment to drop off my boat in the morning before work but when I got there they were closed. The business next door told me they dont work consistant hours and they hear lots of complaints. They recommended I dont do business with them. I waited for 30 min and they never showed up. It not easy getting my boat out of the garage so I was very upset and took it to lake elsinore marine. They were awesome!

Don’t go here. Last year, they charged me for a part that was going to be installed on my boat. In good faith I just told them I’d pay for the service up front so there would be no balance once the part came in. A month later after getting no call, I call in, they tell me the part is backordered. After another month went by, I call again, nothing. Third month they finally told me the part was probably just never going to make it. I went in to get my money back 3 times after that. First, an employee refers me to come in when the owner is back. Then the owner refers me to come back when the employee who sold it to me is back. No dice the third time and in the end, no one refunded my money for the parts and service that were never received. I stopped trying to get my money back because it just ends up costing me more in fuel and time.

To shorten a long story… This is the only Marine Service Center that I trust. I have tried every other place in the area. I have been screwed by all of them… If Temecula Marine tells you a part needs to be replaced, you can trust that it needs to be replaced… They show you the old parts, take the time to explain why they needed to be replaced. Every person that I have recommended to them comes back with the same story… You can trust that they will do an honest job.

Where do I begin… I am a new boat owner trying to do a lot of work on my boat on my own. I had looked up boat stores and parts in my area and found Temecula Marine Center. So I went to this store, I did not shop around first I started talking to the owner who I thought was a good guy looking out for me, but as we all know that was not the case. I bought some items that were recommended to me by him. Such as 3M Marine Restorer & Wax which I paid 24.95 for 16oz, and later found out from the new Marine store I presently go to, that I paid $ 6.00 to much. Not a big deal one idea right. But here is were things started to go south. I need to buy a part that would allow the boat to switch in to gear. I asked the owner for the part(keep in mind I have the old part in my hand that we are both looking at). He asked«what engine in the boat»? I stated«892.3L ford cobra», he then replied«great motor, you need to make sure the oil and fuel are clean because that has a habit of back firing and causing a lot of problems. Also if keep it up to date you will have no problems». So he want in the back and retrieved my part that I needed and other items to make sure my boat would not have any problems like he stated. He then brought out the part and right off the bat I said«this part is wrong as we are looking at the old part together», He said«no the added piece to the new part had broken off the old one» I thought nothing of so I went home tried the part and seen it is the wrong on looked online and was insured it was wrong. I went back to the store and was greeted by a new employee who had just started. He had called the owner he said he was 10 to 15 minutes away. So I waited. After waiting for 45min he walked in stated looking for the right part he walkout of the back with a universal piece and stated this should work. The part was priced at $ 13.95 were as the old one was $ 30.00. He handed me the part and said I’m all set, I then looked at him said«there is a price difference»? He said«no let me look it up» He then went into the back room and was talking to his employee to were I could hear the whole conversation the employee had stated to him the part that I returned said for out board motor only, they owner stated that had told him i had a Mercury outboard and that is why he gave me that part. So I spoke up and said bull we had a long conversation about my in bored motor and you still handed me that part. After that he said«the price is the same and it is a even swap». After that I needed to find a new store and I did great place! the people there are real and will not screw you over! I had compered prices from the items I had purchased at Temecula Marine Center to the new store and I could of saved over $ 300.00 in parts. You can find the Marine store I shop at in my post. Make sure if you still want to shop at Temecula Marine Center do a little research first make sure you get your moneys worth!

i would give this terrible place ½ star but it wont let me ={ instead of sounding like an angry customer i decided to make a youtube clip of the voicemail they sent me, so much for customer always being right… you decide whether these people deserve your business.
