Tahitian Pools & Spas

My husband and myself bought a pool spa and had Rich design or whole backyard. We have had so many problems and he hasn’t came back and fixed any of them. We spent over $ 50,000 and his work has been nothing but problems and issues. He has been promising us to fix it for almost a year. He keeps telling us that he is coming to fix it and never does. This pool contractor doesn’t not stand behind his work. I wouldnt recommend this company not even to my worst enemy.****** Rich never even got the final inspection done******

DO not use this pool company. Not only did they not do what they were suppose to do as per contract he didn’t even file our final permits. It was a disaster start to finish. He even threatened my family after we questioned him on the permits. BEWARE… You get what you pay for!!!

Tahitian just finished with our pool construction about a month ago and we couldn’t be happier. Rich the owner was very professional and knowledgable. He was always available via phone and on-​site quite often. Nancy drew up a great set of plans that maximized the amount of pool we could go with in our small yard. The construction was smoothe considering the scope of a job this size (it’s not without little surprises and hickups but Rich was responsive to any concerns we had). The different crews were good at thier jobs and the quality shows in our finished product. The biggest headache we encountered was from the city. Tahitian Pools was a pleasure to work with. They offer a quality swimming pool at an affordable price. We were attracted by their prices (other contractors we contacted admitted they could not touch our project for that little) but worried that the old addage «you get what you pay for» would apply and we would regret the decision. I would recommend Tahitian Pools to anyone interested in getting a pool. They made a relatively small project look beautiful and everything works wonderfully.

We had a beautiful pool built by Tahitian Pools and Spas. Mark, the owner was always professional and easy to work with. He visited frequently during the construction process and addressed any issues or concerns we had. All the subcontractors were also very nice. Tahitian Pools met our expectations during the project. Mark was accommodating when we decided to make or add a few changes and only charged nominal fees for such. The construction took a little longer than expected but, if you know anything about construction, it’s expected. In the end, we have a pool exactly like we wanted for the exact price promised. Tahitian Pools has competitive prices and builds a great pool for less than many other builders. Yes, it is possible to have a nice pool for under $ 25,000. Thanks to a warm month of May, our family of four has been splashing around! I would definitely do it all over again. Thanks Tahitian Pools and Spas you’ve made our family very happy!

I was unable to give the business no stars, beacuse that’s just how i feel; the business is not worth a star!
Dont trust this guy… he seems nice in the beginning until he get all your $$$$…we have been dealing with mark for over 2 yrs now, on our pool issues with him… and still no resolution from him, instead of been a business man and settleing the issues, he refuses to call and discuss matters like adults. Don’t do it, he’s a very unprofessional «business man».
So all the alluring ads you may see in the coupons books, are just that «lures» to get more business. you will definitely pay in the end; you will have emotional distress after dealing with him!!!
