Swarovski

I bought a beautiful crystal band from this location. Within two months two crystals had fallen out and I was charged an $ 8 ‘shipping fee’ to have the ring repaired. This is unacceptable. It is clear that Swarovski does not stand behind the quality of their products. Charging the customer for a defective ring is unsatisfactory and a bad policy. I probably won’t ever purchase anything from Swarovski in the future knowing that I’ll have to pay for their poor craftsmanship.

My husband bought me a lovely band with crystals on it. I loved it and wore it often. Within a month, one of the crystals fell out. I took it back and had it repaired. Within another month of getting it back 4 – 6 weeks later, another crystal fell out. I ended up having the ring replaced and quit wearing it very often.
My daughter bought the same ring (unbeknownst to me or I would have warned her). Within a month and a half, two crystals fell out. We just took it back last weekend and she has to pay $ 8 for ‘shipping’ to get it repaired. I don’t think this is fair as the rings are obviously defective. It was made clear to us by the retail staff that the jewelry there isn’t for wearing often but for ‘costume’ purposes. That’s too bad because the jewelry there looks so lovely.
I won’t buy from here again. :(

Awful place! I love Swarovski products and this store is just awful! I know more about the product and the return policy then the employees. The store manager doesn’t know anything. They wouldn’t let me make a simple exchange but I went to another location in LA and they helped me out. Don’t buy product from this location. Buy online or go to another location.

Clean, well kept store. The lady working there right now is super friendly & willing to answer any questions you might have.
Pricing is the same as online (except, online they have an outlet/​discount section.) Seeing everything in person is really different than just looking at it on a computer monitor. Getting to feel the soft leathers, and seeing the brilliant gleam of the crystals in person is something special. Even if you’re not bin the market to make an actual purchase, a stop into a Swarovski store is well worth a little time. The goods are all beautiful & slightly breathtaking.
