Yeah sandwiches are descent, but no real talent needed. As for staff no one employee worth keeping there. If they dont know you, your not welcomed with the «welcome to subway» pitch. This staff is in some serious need of a good manager that can train them right. Or just fire whole crew and start from scratch!

Why must they insist on asking the same questions over & over again? Is this some weird corporate script to suggestively up sell? How hard is it to just make the sandwich you are asked to make?
Me: Hi can I have a 6″ cold cut combo.
Joel: Would you like a footlong instead?
Me: No, that’s why I said 6″.
Joel: Would you like anything else?
Me: Nope that’s it.
Joel: Just the sandwich?
Me: Yea. You just asked me that.
And then people want to know why I am against raising the minimum wage. Joel didn’t even give me my receipt. It wasn’t busy either. There were 3 people working & I was the only customer there.

Bad customer service. I was the only person in line i stood there for a minute no one was up front tend an employee walked up front did not even acknowledge I was standing there put something in a sink and when I turned around and started to leave then ask what could I get you and its not my first time having a problem at this location I once was in the middle of being helped and a regular apparently walked in they stopped making my sandwich made theirs and took her payment then finished my sandwich and I had been there standing in line waiting and was in the middle of my order subway is really going downhill

Came here when they had their $ 2 Six Inches. AMAZING DEAL. Especially since I love their Meatball Subs which was their promo sandwich.

Usually when I walk in to a subway I am greeted with smiles and a «welcome to subway!» But not at this subway. Sondra and Jose were first to start my sandwich with a giggle between the two of them when I asked to get my sandwich heated rather than toasted fully. (She didn’t even toast it properly so I got what I wanted anyway lol) Completely rude vibes; I wouldn’t ask for that if I haven’t had it done at about 10 other subways… But both of them went through the motions as fast as humanly possible. Skipping my sauce, they went so fast I almost forgot. Luckily the guy at the register had a positive and willing attitude. Shouldn’t have bought a drink though. They seem unable to keep the soda machine up to par as well. Terrible subway! go to one off Ynez. Never had an issue there. This one would prefer having to do less work anyways…

Went in for a take out sandwich. Food was served quickly and as ordered. Sandwich tasted good. Staff could be friendlier. Not rude or mean, but just seemed to go through the motions to do the job.

This place gets sooo packed during lunch time, often the lines are out the door! However, it can be a better alternative than your local jack in the box and del taco if you’re looking for a healthy lunch.
I’m not really a huge fan of Subway overall cause I feel like I always have to stuff the sandwich with ALL the vegetables to really get some flavor… and their bread always tastes dry to me. However, I did just recently try their flat bread and that bread is da bombbb!
I was able to get 3, 6″ sandwiches with a large drink for $ 11 using their smart card deal also… so pretty sweet!
Oh, employees are pretty friendly and the place is always clean! Parking sucks a bit, but again, just avoid during lunch time and you’ll be okay!

There is a few of Subway restaurants here in Temecula but I decided to check this place out since I was nearby and craved a footlong sandwhich. This Subway is one of the biggest one I seen here in the city with lots of sitting spaces. Inside is kind of dated, ghetto, and dirty. The staff was pretty much quick to make my footlong and they had all the veggies and toppings I wanted.
