Starbucks

Come here a few times a week because it’s close to work. It’s good to know that some of the baristas know your name! The service is a bit slow… Nice ppl make up for the wait!

Vicky with a «y» was awesome! Very personable and offered excellent customer service. She even spelled my name right! The whole squad in there was cool, but Vicky within a «y» was #1!

For the most part a great staff! Very busy store, and it seems that customers can be assholes to the workers. I witnessed a horrible lady yelling at the barista for something ridiculous. The barista handled the situation very well. I don’t think customers realize how much bullshit the workers have to go through. Being in retail myself, I understand. Be nice to your barista, remember they are making your drink! Who knows what they can do to it. :)

Extremely slow and lackadaisical service. There was a line out the door and the employees were acting like there was no one waiting! I ordered a simple iced coffee from the Clover and they made 3 – 4 customer’s drinks who were after me in line and it wasn’t until the 4^th person got their drink and SHE said something to the barista that they made my drink! No apology or recognition that they forgot my drink. Won’t be coming back to this Starbucks!

Hmm… Not sure what happened here because it is not busy and the place was shockingly dirty. Even told my boys not to touch anything. Posted a picture of the trash can when we walked in. The napkin holder near the sugar and half and half was empty… Just awkward because I am at a Starbucks multiple times a week sometimes even a day and this was out of the norm. Service was nice and product is always good so I stayed away from a 1 star review.
Very through cleaning and processes that address restaurant cleanliness around lunch time would be easy and a huge turn around from what we experienced this visit.

New setup/​layout: New tables, more tables, big tables since I was last here in December 2014. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. Not too crazy busy for a Sunday morning. Nice and welcoming for those who need a place to study or meet with other people. :)

Never waited for my caffeine fix so long in my life. Come on Starbucks. This is a busy location. Hire some more people. Get a manager who schedules properly? I got to go to work so I can pay for this stuff.

Polite staff, clean Starbucks and this barista made my coffee exactly right. Went on Saturday morning at 7:00 and only one person in line in front of me.

My coffee was made perfect and the cashier called me darling which I found personable and endearing. The line was long but they moved it quickly.

Very nice and large location… only down fall is there is no drive thru… very friendly staff and always make my coffee the way I like.

Always a long line. This is the one closest to my house but I can’t ever go here before work because it takes 25 mins to get through the line and get your drink. I go in and walk out all the time… Then go to the drive thru in murrieta which takes 5 mins. I think they have to learn to be more efficient

For some reason every time I get my coffee from here, it doesn’t taste as good. I’m obsessed with the starbucks’ chestnut praline, but the one I ordered today from here tastes different. not in a good way.

Not as busy as some of the other stores and staff is always friendly. Only downside is no drive through.

I ordered one of their large to-​go containers of hot chocolate to take to my sons late night soccer games. After paying and waiting about 7 – 8 minutes they let me know that they were all out of the container i needed. The manager came out and apologized for the mistake and gave me a few large hot chocolates and a $ 4 gift card. That more than made up for the minor inconvenience.

The things I like about this Starbucks is that there is alot of parking. What I do not like is the long line that I need to wait in. Sometimes it is ridiculously long, other times its really short. The last time I went in I got a frap. The frap wasn’t that well blended together… But I will still always come to this Starbucks since it is right next to the Vons I shop at.

Still my favorite starbucks the staff is amazing they have some new team members and they are all great!!!

I’m usually here towards the evening when the lines die down so I get my drink (s) fairly quickly. Staff is always friendly and courteous. It’s your typical Starbucks so as long as the drinks and service are up to par, I can’t find anything to be too picky about. This location is becoming my go-​to spot for coffee, aside from the Starbucks at the mall haha.

Great location with ample parking. Indoor and outdoor seating. They only provide wooden tables and chairs and no comfy chairs!
Some days the service and the wait is better than others. Not very consistent at all.
Most of the time even with spelling my name to them, they cannot get my name right. It cracks me up every time. Nada, Aeda, Neti, and do on. Lol

All complaints about this joint being slow is just silly. What do you expect when it’s a popular joint? The breeze is to just order a simple drink, not something elaborate think about that one. HA
Also, when ordering, order the drink size first, then order your drink. This way, the barista can grab the appropriate cup size then write your order on the cup. If you do it any other way, the order is simmering in their head before they can write it on the correct cup size. Thank about that one. HA
What was really interesting is that I did notice a few weeks ago that one actually had a choice to select the espresso bean. I noticed this on the menu board written in chalk.
Your choices were to choose either the —
1) Signature espresso roach, rich and caramel. or
2) The single-​origin espresso from Columbia, nutty and sweet.
No other Starbucks I was aware of had this choice. Although anecdotal, I did talk about this choice with another Starbucks in SD and they had no idea! Whether this choice was a trial run or not, I dig it.

They are kind of slow. Since it’s right by the freeway, when I head out to OC or LA it would be nice to grab a quick cup of coffee. The new McDonald’s up the street is much faster.
If you have time to kill, meeting friends, then its a decent place.
