I go through the drive thru almost every morning before school. It is so convienient and although the line of cars is sometimes long it’s usually pretty fast. My drink is always done right and the morning staff is always so friendly! My only complaint is the blind spot of coming out of the drive thru but it shouldn’t be a problem if you inch out a little bit :)

Huge fail. This is easily the slowest Starbucks I have been to in the entire world. Trapped in the drive thru for 27 minutes now.

This store is inconsistant with their service. Its great one day and the worst ever the next. Only store open 24 hours though so theres that plus.

I love that this Starbucks is open 24 hours. I work near by, and there aren’t many options to go to after 2am. I go to this location at least twice a week, and every time the girls that are working the drive thru are extremely polite and cheerful. They are very personable and recognize me when I’m placing my order. I always get the same drink, and they remember just how I like my drink made. They usually have breakfast items and hot sandwiches which makes it fast and easy to get a good meal that isn’t greasy fast food. The drinks are always perfect and the food hot and delicious.

I can only speak for the morning crew(when I go it’s around 6am) but the service has been amazing. One of the ladies(Carol) who works every morning is always happy, attentive, fast, and know a lot of her customers by name! If there’s a huge line at the drive thru I’m usually still done within 7 minutes! I love this Starbucks and it’s right next to the freeway which is nice!

First time trying Starbucks, I got burned coffee. I figured it was a busy morning, I let go. Second time around, I got 9 oz of green tea in a 24 oz cup. I actually measure it at home. Never again!

This Starbucks is hit and miss. While I can’t share others on mishaps of wrong orders so much I think the worst I’ve experienced is them not making my Caramel Macchiato upside down. I do appreciate it’s distance to my home and around town travels, although parking can be rather slim at times. Where disappointment sets in is the annoyances inside when visiting. The most being the music, I get it, your trying to entertain guests on site. However, equally are there people trying to have a conversation or conduct some form of business whether personal or commerce wise. The audio playing is at damn near club levels which makes me wonder who is truly being entertained, the guests or the millennial work force behind the counter? It’s nearly impossible to answer a call or make a call especially with headphones as the microphone picks up only the radio play. I think it’s ironic to call the store and have the gal tell you«she can’t hear you, can you turn down your radio?» If she only knew you were sitting down in front of her. Another large annoyance is the insatiable and complacency used to move service ware around. The occasional mixer or bucket of ice replenishment is one thing but EVERY cuboard, hard plastic container, metal device, shaker, ice tray, and anything else they seem to find back there is constantly slammed or banged around as if they were on a construction site. The overall styling and character of the typical Starbucks lends to very«live» like atmosphere so everything is hard materials and reflects harshly. If my children made this much noise at home I’d be asking what the hell they were doing, dismantling the room? Not nearly enough plugs for guests, I’ve often seen people walk in and then back out because seating arrangements only supply table top chargers for phones and tablets. And the restrooms could be spruced up a bit, it may be just rust stains from toiletry hardware and pipes but it’s less than appealing to some concerned with cleanliness in a public place.

This location is by far the better of the many in this area. They seem to work well as a team and with it being one of the busiest around they tend to get it done. I think the location is not so great and there is hardly enough parking for it and the two other businesses that share the lot. Other that it would be a 5 start bucks

Worst experience. Employees were too busy talking to each other to take my order correctly. I had to repeat what drink I wanted TWICE and I still got the wrong drink. They took forever just to take my order in the first place because the employee was chatting with a customer instead of taking their order and moving on to the next one. Very disappointed. Will not return to this location.

Best Starbucks in Temecula. Morning crew, I see you guys more than most of my family. Keep up the good work homies. Carol needs a raise.

I adore any Starbucks with a drive-thru. Service was a little on the slow side in the drive-thru, however it wasn’t terrible. Check this location out if you are in the area.

My advice would be to drive a mile down the street and visit the other sbux location– extremely disappointing experience here… Americano tasted as if the espresso was old, not to mention they got my fiancés very simple order, wrong… not once but 3 times in a row! His espresso was old tasting as well. We are both sbux espresso lovers and this is the worst location we have visited…

Friendliest staff around. I go to Starbucks to get a break(I work from home and sometimes just need to get out a bit) and my drinks come out quick. Wireless charging coming soon which will be great so no more trying to jockey for the seat closet to the plug!

This is probably a waste of my time but I’ll vent anyway. I’m a big fan of the caramel ribbon crunch frap. Within 3 weeks of this store getting it, they were out of the topping. Why advertise for a drink that you can’t provide??? It’s just a caramel frap… No crunch hun. I gave up for a while and stayed away for a while. Last week they said they were completely out of it… And it was still being advertised. I called corporate bc dude if I’m gonna pay $ 4 – 5 for a coffee I want what I want… And the gal there said«we are out accross the country»… Um what? Tonight June 25th the you girl at the window said«we aren’t going to carry it anymore»… Ummm again… Why have it plastered all over everything if you don’t have it???

This Starbucks was particularly slow! It seemed like with all the people working there the focus was clearly more on the drive through then the people actually in the store.

Stopped by this location after spending some time at Pechanga. The staff here was very friendly. This one has a drive thru like others have mentioned but I prefer going inside. The only weird thing I saw was some guy using a squeegee to clean their window for the drink pickup. Never seen that before. Good location to stop by and grab a cold frap or tea before heading back home since traffic is terrible on the 15 and 91 connectors.

The good? It’s open 24 hours. The bad? LONG drive thru line all the time and it takes for-ev-er. You’ve been warned! Other than that, drinks have been made okay but I’ve had better at other locations. Customer service is pretty friendly. But jeez this Starbucks gets BUSY. But it’s open 24 hours and one of the only ones in the area that does so that’s nice.

I love this SB because it’s right on the corner of Temecula and Pechanga Parkway and it’s open 24⁄7. I don’t know of any other SB that is open 24⁄7 and you can sit outside on their patio but I don’t think you can go inside. I usually come here late night after leaving Pechanga to pickup a little something for me and a gift card for moms. The employees are pretty nice but they really need to nail down their tip jar at the drive thru. I’m so glad that they are open all the time it’s so convenient. Of course I will continue to come here I just wish more SB’s at 24⁄7 drive thru’s.

Good experience here! Went thru the drive thru at 6am in the morning on my way to work. Only one person in the line before me!!! So nice. Ordered 3 drinks and I was in n out and on my way to work in no time! I would hit this location again… Over and over… And over for 24 hour Starbucks!

I am a huge coffee fiend. Now that Temecula has a 24HOURSTARBUCKS!!! My life is once again complete. As a fairly recent transplant to the area, I was quite devastated at how far away the closest 24-hour location was. Temecula, you are all right in my book now. My order has always been correct. And the drive through is quick for a Starbucks!
