Russco Home Inspection

Writing this review as a first time home buyer in the Temecula. I made sure I did as much research as I possibly and called several home inspectors to get the best home inspection possible without going over budget. Craig Russco of Russco Home Inspection WON my business and I’m extremely happy with that decision. After several interviewing phone calls, I found that Craig provides that quality inspections as his other competitors and at a much better price.
When we met for the inspection, he was punctual and organized. He allowed me to follow him throughout his process where I learned a great deal about general home maintenance. He took his time to describe to me, in great detail, how to manage the home’s issues and he had a great attitude all day. He went everywhere and looked at everything. His knowledge and expertise were priceless.
At the end of the day, he took his time to answer all my questions, provided quality referrals for the work that needed to be done, and very importantly his detailed home inspection report was easy to read and well put together.
I would highly recommend Craig and Russco Home Inspection to all my family, friends and Unilocalers. The main reason why I chose him as because he was a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (
