So disappointed that they don’t offer the $ 5.00 menu items, just because it’s a franchise. You should honor what’s advertised, shame on you for false advertising

Pizza time took forever because I asked for well done even though they told me it would be done 15 mins. Service sucked, couple employees loud playing around. I was a told to wait and they would help me, I waited patiently & wasn’t helped until 2 other people were helped after walking in. Just my experience will never come to this Pizza Hut again

Zero stars, no option for that. Second of all, they don’t honor the new Pizza Hut deal were you can mix and match for $ 5 bucks each. Was informed it was because they were locally owned. Ok I can deal with that. Now the small medium pep we got with almost no pep and lack of cheese. The eight piece buffalo wings ended up being eight naked overpriced nuggets for $ 7. Make the drive to Cici or dominos 5.99 deal so you don’t get disappointed like we were. Pizza Hut you have really gone down the drain. Not as bad as little Caesars but your getting close. We gave you a shot again cause of your new deal but you have once again led to why we don’t support you anymore.

I was ordering online in between kids activities. I must have been in such a rush that I really messed up my order. When I explained they fixed it right away even though it was my fault. What really caught my attention is that they were really nice about it and in 15 min my order was ready. Thank you!!!

This is a honest review. I say about 8 out of ten times the pizza is over cooked, dry and has very little toppings, so little you can see the dough on most of the pizza. 10 out of 10 times my delivery takes about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. AND every time I get a email offering a special price I click on this location and they don’t offer that special. So the owners must be selfish and greedy. they prob only have this location open for profit and not to serve customers with a yummy pizza hut experience for dinner.

My rating is based on the level of customer service(though the food was great as well!) I searched for a Pizza Hut nearby to take some food to an event I was attending last minute, this location and one more popped up. The other was actually closer, but the reviews were terrible, so I drove a little out of the way for this location on Temecula Parkway. I was very impressed with the customer service! A young man named«Dalton»(on my receipt) assisted me and took my order. He, and the other employees present, were very friendly, very helpful, and very professional. When my food was ready, they opened each box to show me and make sure everything was perfect, offered me utensils, napkins, and everything I would need to take the food to the event, and overall just went above-and-beyond to make sure my experience was great. I would definitely come back based on this experience alone.

Giving this place 5 stars strictly on the superior customer service skills of an employee named Keyra M. — I won’t spell her last but I could because I have it on my receipt — she paid for my pizza!!! I had switched cars and didn’t realize I had forgotten my wallet until I went to pick up my pizza in the way home from work. I went in anyway to explain my situation to management team member JC — who could have cared less and basically told me too bad(even tho I said I would pay for it the next day as I order from this location all of the time, and the pizza was ready to go). Keyra pulled out her card and graciously paid for my pizza. I will be returning the money to her X2. This Pizza Hut is lucky to have such an awesome employee, and should possibly reevaluate«management» team members and promote employees like Keyra who clearly comprehend the value of customer cultivation and have the ability to see the big picture. The pizza at this location is also consistently good.

Wow… Seen the new TV ad offering a variety of new crust pizzas for $ 7.99 each this location does not offer the $ 7.99 deal they charge $ 8.99 now regarding their new crust I ordered toasted Asiago on one pizza and toasted cheddar on another now based on the pictures you will see they look nothing like what they advertise not to mention the pizza was over baked.

I just tried to place an order over the phone for delivery and I had the rudest girl pick up the phone. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by calling. Maybe she was having a bad day but that’s not how you treat a customer. We decided to not order from them. Maybe management needs to teach their employees to have great customer service no matter how busy they are or no matter what is going on in their own personal lives.

I called in my carry out order and was greeted by a cheery and polite female. Marisol was just as polite in person as she was on the phone when I picked up the pizza. Great customer service. The pizza was ready in 15 minutes and yummy.

Love coming here when I’m too lazy to cook, and just around the corner from me. Always crisp pan pizza and piping hot. They always open the box to verify that the order is correct and up to customers standards. Never had a bad experience here and I’ve been here A LOT… shows how lazy I am!
