Old Town Jewelers

Poor selection in the store but decided to give them a try since they make custom jewelry. We had previously gotten two items made but they were always behind on the time they advertised. I had a friend leaving and wanted to purchase a set of custom cuff links for him made with our unit logo. Gerry said it would take about two weeks but since we had three weeks, we figured no worries. Well the two weeks came and went and after several calls determined they wouldn’t be completed in time. When he did answer the phone, he continued to say they would be done at first but as the time got closer and we were concerned and said we may have to cancel, he said that was fine. Really put us in a bind. Shame since if they would have turned out well many other folks would probably have put in similar orders.
I don’t plan on taking my business back.

Unfortunately, I cannot comment on what a great jeweler Gerry is but he certainly is not very responsible in his personal life. Thanks for ignoring our calls and leaving my elderly parents with unnecessary expenses. We would appreciate you doing what you said you would do and call us back!

These guys are great! They have fixed and upgraded my wedding ring and have done an amazing job! So happy with them. Won’t go anywhere else.

I love that place, going there is like going on a treasure hunt! you don’t know what you get till you go there, they also do custom designs, and prices are out of this world. highly recommend going to Gary and his team at Old town Jewelers

Very nice jewelry store. Unfortunately we were just here for a repair but we will definitely be back. Service was fast and friendly.

Gerry helped us design the perfect ring. He was so helpful and accommodating when we asked for changes. The process was quick, and the deal was great. He cleans and polishes my ring whenever I need it done. Excellent service and product.
