Andrea is awesome and my husband and I love our sessions and recommend her to everyone we know and will definitely keep going like we have for the past few years And to top it all off she is very knowledgable in her field and God I love her services!

I had to stop going here after a year. She tried to charge me for having too much time in between my eyebrow waxes, so she considered the «time» a missed appt. Tried to charge me $ 10 extra. Nope, there are too many other good estheticians in Temecula to deal with that. Try the European Wax Center.

Why didn’t I find this place sooner? The atmosphere is clean, classy, and calming. Andrea is absolutely amazing! She is extremely professional, knowledgable, and gentle. After my first visit for a full face wax and foot reflexology, I was seriously hooked. I was pleasantly surprised that the warm wax didn’t hurt because she gently peeled the cooled wax off my sensitive face instead of using fabric strips and ripping them away like other spas I have experienced. Andrea rescued my over plucked eyebrows and showed me where they should actually be growing. Following her expert advice, I’m thrilled to say they are actually growing back! I have gone back twice more since my initial waxing miracle for a deep tissue massage where Andrea relaxed a muscle knot between my shoulders that has been bothering me for TWO YEARS– Thank God it’s gone– and most recently for another massage and a lovely facial with lavender essential oils. My face felt so happy after my facial, and my skin stayed soft and moisturized for several days afterward. Definitely making Andrea at My Serenity Day Spa part of my regular routine. I’m a lucky girl.

I had a facial done by Andrea yesterday. It was amazing! She is so gentle and so caring with every movement. While the mask was sitting, she even massaged my arms and feet. It was great!!!
I booked another facial appointment with her. She also does my eyebrow waxing with very little pain. I love it because she uses the wax that hardens and then pulls off. Not like the strips that other places use that rips the hair off.
Andrea is so caring and great. She explains what she is doing and makes sure that you are relaxed and comfortable.

You have to go see miss Andrea! I called in to My Serenity Day Spa this morning asking if an appointment was needed to get my brows done. I spoke with Andrea who informed me that yes, it’s preferable and that she did have some availability today. She patiently listened to me on the phone as I tried ridiculously to explain that «I don’t know if I have enough brows for you to work with but they don’t seem even.» And so on and so forth!
I got there at my appointment time and she greeted me with a short questionnaire to fill out so that she knew what I was prone to with my skin, as most spas will do. Hers was quick and to the point!
Now, my brows have been everything you can think of. They’ve been Frida-​esque back before I ever discovered grooming them, I went through the dreaded «pluck them myself until there really isn’t anything left» phase, and then it’s been a back and forth between having them threaded or getting them waxed at my nail salon (and by waxed I mean tweezed, because the wax made me break out). Let me tell you, there is a big difference between «getting your brows done» and «getting your brows shaped by someone who knows their stuff»!
Andrea really looks at your brows and your features and in an instant knows the best course of action. Immediately she told me that she wants me to grow mine out. I have one brow that comes up a lot higher than the other, especially when I smile, because that’s just what my face does. She even said we can fix that, just by the shaping and waxing! She laid me down and had me hold a mirror while she used a brow pencil to draw the «new plan» and what they will look like once I let it grow in and we work with different areas on each one. Amazing pre-​view of what’s to come! She then waxed the areas that could use the clean-​up, all the while explaining her reasons and really educating me on the process in a way nobody ever has! Which makes it so much easier to listen to «let them grow, don’t pick up the tweezers» because now I know what they will look like when I have some will power and let her start all over with them!
She is super sweet, and picks up on your energy like nobody else. I never expected to be so relaxed during an eyebrow wax AND have her say «you have such a calm energy and a beautiful spirit». Talk about leaving with an all-​over amazing feeling! And she totally made the waxing feel like a little «eyebrow massage».
Andrea is truly special and so gifted at her craft, I left there feeling like I just got pampered by a good friend! She is worth every penny because she really takes the time to find out what you want and *educates* you on how to achieve it *with her* instead of letting someone just pluck away! I can’t say enough good things about her. Please give this Andrea a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I agree 100% with the other reviewers. Ive never been one to wax my eyebrows consistently but I am now. She does a FANTASTIC job. She’s like a doctor. My eyebrows consistently look great. She shapes them according to your face and features. Finally, someone who knows what they’re doing! If you’re unsure, give her a try. I promise you won’t regret it!

Definitely 5 star! I have been going to Andrea for facial waxing for almost a year now. This weekend I had my first facial from her-​I don’t know why I waited this long!!! Yes, she is fantastic in her professionalism as well as a warm, caring person. Andrea is very honest in her approach. She identifies the type of product that is appropriate for you. Nor. does she push the particular line she uses. Which is nice since I am sure we have all had services where the product used is” the one that will work for you” I can not imagine anyone being disappointed in Andrea’s services. I totally trust her for all my skincare.

Andrea is really wonderful. I am a 29-​year-​old new mom looking for someone who can take care of my skin on a monthly basis, so I can feel fresh and pampered after taking care of the baby. I got an European facial the first time. Andrea cleaned up some of my blackheads and gave me a relaxing facial. My skin felt moisturized even on the second day! Then I went back to Andrea to get my eyebrows done. I’ve had some really terrible experiences with people doing my eyebrows. They always turn out too thin or shapeless. Andrea did the opposite. She gave my brows a nice shape without making them really thin despite my sparse and fine eyebrows. I’d recommend Andrea to anyone!

Andrea is very patient, professional, caring and knows what she’s doing! She is wonderful!

Ahhh! I don’t even know where to start (: Andrea is absolutely the goddess of eyebrows ! She made them so beautiful, she’s so intelligent iv never had someone put so much love into my eyebrows, I love my brows I will be back ! Thanks again Andrea!

OMG!!! I left last night after my first time seeing Andrea. She waxed and shaped my brows. Let me tell you, I will never go back to my last place again! These are the best shaped brows I’ve ever had IN MY LIFE! She spent so much time perfecting my eyebrows and I was floored! Every penny is worth the time Andrea spends on your eyebrows. I promise you this!

Andrea is amazing, warm, friendly and professional… She uses the best products, and cares about your skin. The wax she uses was perfect for my sensitive skin! I will not go anywhere else from now on! If you are looking for an esthetician… please go to Andrea… you will NOT be disapointed!

Okay check this out. I am going to have someone rip the hairs out of my folicals and get this… I am going to pay them to do this.
By the time Andrea was done, not only was I thrilled to whip out my cash but I looked really good as well. I went in for a good olé eyebrow waxing. Let me put this into context for you. I have been a bit lazy about going to get my eyebrows done, mainly because I have not found a «good one»; so I have been trying to attack this problem myself. Myself has included hours of tweezer use along with an incident that included some Nair. After the Nair and my hair grew back in… I decided it was time to break down and receive some profesional help. I am very thankful that I did. Andrea put on some calming music as I stared at the wall that hangs her extensive examples of her credentials. The place smells good and she is very gental but not so gental that she doesn’t get the job done.
The best part (besides my eyebrows looking awesome), was within in hour of getting my brows done, I had NO redness, swelling or tenderness. Pretty outstanding.
