My father was 90 years old and came to live with me. He had an accident and spilled his food all over my carpet. It was a mess and he was worried and felt so guilty. I called Hector and Chelly to come and see what they could do to help. They could tell that I felt bad for my aging father. They came within hours and clean it all up. It looked like new. My dad felt better and I was so grateful for their kindness and promptness. They are great people and did an excellent job.

We have been using Hector & Chelly’s for several years. Hector is prompt, reliable and I just trust him. Chelly has done her best to fit us in when I need a cleaning last minute. Hector spends extra time on our high traffic areas. They have done our carpets, couches and tile floors over the years and I highly recommend them to all.

Never again– BEWARE if they don’t do a good job — (which he didn’t)
even if your carpets are lightly soiled — new at tenant move in last May– they will NOT back their work — they wanted to charge me
A $ 50 transportation fee. Will update later– don’t use– found in the Pennysaver.

I won’t be referring and will be contacting my CC and Temecula regarding a complaint

Chelly and crew are great to work with. Her standard the top and she is meticulous to get you there. My family owns and manages several rentals in the area and I would not hesitate to recommend Chelly and her services to anyone.
She does carpet cleaning and whole house cleaning. Everything was sparkling when she was done. I would have never imagined that. Her prices were definitely spot on and reasonable when you see the result.
