Goldie’s Hair and Wigs

The two women who work there are racist against whites. They had awful customer service. They told my friend who is black that whites and blacks can’t be friends. That every white girl was a f**king b****h, including me. My friend and I felt completely uncomfortable and they were totally inappropriate.

Very nice selection. Very nice and informative counter person.
However, I have to caution anyone who is considering having a hair piece and your own hair dyed to match at this location:
I was left with ORANGE hair and an even ORANGIER hairpiece. The kind clerk offered to fix it but I decided not to give him another chance. After all, what could be worse than ORANGE… unless you like ORANGE…$$$$ spent and lesson learned. (And yes, I did get the color corrected at another location.)

I bought my wigs here about a month and a half ago and I get compliments from people all the time. Most of them do not even notice that I was wearing a wig. Great staff. Amber is very helpful. She showed me all the different kinds that they have and also explained the differences of each. She also cut one of my wigs at the store. It was worth getting my wigs here. I highly recommend this place.

Amber is the best! I have purchased several wigs from Goldie’s and I find the prices to be very reasonable and the wigs high quality. Amber is amazing at cutting and customizing the wig to look even more fantastic! She is very sweet and patient at helping you find the perfect wig!

BEWARE! This store is selling several products at more than double the retail price. Because they realize they are grossly over-​priced they have a no return policy on their items. My wife was in the store and bought one wig and ordered another. We later found that the same wig she ordered could be purchased on line for a quarter of the price charged by these schiesters. I called to cancel the order — before the store had a chance to order it — and was told they had a no return policy and they were going to order the wig anyway. Find some other place to buy your stuff as this place is a rip-​off.
Update: After posting this review, I did receive a call from the owner who told me that her store does not have a no-​return policy on items ordered but not received. Apparently her employee was not properly trained and did not give me the correct information. We did go into the store and get a refund for the money but the same employee didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize for her lack of understanding of the store owner’s policies. I will stand by the statement, however, that products in this store are grossly over-​priced.

A very beautiful shop and amazing service! The owner, Goldie is extremely nice and made me feel amazing! I will be returning to Goldie’s for all of my hair needs!
