over a $ 5.00 burger they don’t believe they screwed up and wasn’t you fill out a lenthly form and they will contact you at a later date. Sharon did call me and had to tell me over and over at least 5 times that she was the owner. Woohoo.
Basically, she told me they didn’t screw up and she wasn’t going to do anything about it. WHAT A JOKE
You shouldn’t have to go through for people to explain your customer service issue and get taken care of a later date. You should be able to be taken care of on the spot. With someone with some authority at the store. This is a joke will never eat there again

Where to begin, the music, the food, or the people? It’s all so amazing, the music choice is fantastic for all ages, the burgers are just perfect, and the fries are phenomenal, I’m very picky when it comes to how I like my burgers and these burgers reminded me of eating fresh grilled burgers on the beach with my friends and family. The workers here are super friendly and helpful in telling me what comes in the burger and helping me pick the right one for me. They have a Coca-​Cola freestyle machine that has a wide variety of drinks to choose from. Overall this place is a good place to come and have a burger with friends, family, or even just by yourself, you’ll always leave happy knowing that you’re carrying a brown bag of happiness with you. I remember watching a video on a review for five guys a few years back and I finally found, take a look for yourself if you don’t believe me when I say just how amazing these burgers and fries are.

My wife loves 5 guys, I prefer to make burgers at home, so we compromise and get 5 guys!
Seriously though, burgers are one of those things that if you can’t hold it down at home, you should really re-​evaluate your life to see what you’re doing wrong.
That said, I had never eaten at 5 guys until my wife insisted that we try it. After finishing my first burger, I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I didn’t realize that I had to order a ‘little’ hamburger to get one patty, but hey, I was hungry and the two went down so well. Also I’m fat.
The fries are good here too! My only complaint is that they dump them on top of your food all willy nilly, and I don’t like that. I’m sure it’s company policy, and not just this location, but still… I don’t want extra fries just thrown onto my food.
We’ve been back several times for our standing friday lunch date, and I have yet to be disappointed.

The burgers are good even doh they manage to piss me off the burger still tasted great! Long story short i ordered 2 hamburgers and fries with 2 drink s for my brother and I. I paid got our 2 drinks and when i received my food i notice i was short 1 burger and 1 fry lol … I guess the cashier had only charged me for 1 meal, even doh i ordered 2 and there was 2 of us standing in front of her. But what ever cant fully blame her i should have checked my receipt no wonder it seemed preety cheap! Any how ordered aging and by the time I got my food my bro was done with his. Kinda piss me off since it was our first time trying out 5guys burgers. And i had to watch him devower this juicy looking hamburger as i await for mine! It seemed like it took for ever but when they finally called my number … I have to say that is one good burger.
Burger review: Definitely an upgrade from most burger chains! I would say 2^nd to in and out! Most definitely will come back when im in the area!
On a side note it was kinda hot in there and it was about 76 degrees outside. No air conditioning? Maybe they have it set on 80 to save on the edison bill. Mes restroon is a single, and they have the new universal coke machines with all types of flavors. And FREE PEANUTS!!!

Five Guys is probably one of the best burger joints in this area. The fries are amazing! Sorry in-​and-​out your fries don’t taste all that great. From those of you from the Midwest… this is a great place to stop. No one I know NOT from California likes in-​and-​out.

We had been to Five Guys a few years ago, when it first opened. Hadn’t been back since, until today. Now I remember why. It’s not a terrible burger, but it is just kind of greasy, bland and soggy, and even with all the toppings you can add, it’s just not flavorful. Same goes for the fries… not very flavorful. We didn’t even finish ours. In-​N-​Out is a much better burger.

I really don’t see what all the hype is about. They do make a good burger but it was almost 30 dollars just for my boyfriend and I to order our food. I would have rather just gone to In-​N-​Out but he wanted to eat at this place.

Although many would argue that In-​N-​Out is the best burger in town, I’d have to say that In-N-Out’s best burger would be considered a close second to Five Guys. It is a little bit more expensive than other burger joints but it’s well worth it if you’re looking for a great burger.

It’s expensive but it’s the best fast food burger IMO, better than In N Out, Farmer Boys, and Fatburger. They give a lot of fries so I order two larges and it’s easily enough to feed my family of six.

I haven’t come to this place in years but I decided to eat here for lunch today. The food is just ok and now I remember why I haven’t come in so long. The fries were too greasy to me and the bun is not toasted. It’s just a cold generic bun. The meat has no flavor. I added toppings but it didn’t make a difference. My meal came to $ 10.66 for a small hamburger, regular fries and drink. Skip this place and try The Habit which is still my go to burger place.

Came in to Five Guys in Temecula CA on Winchester Rn today (¹²⁄₁₇) at 11am. Have had food poisoning all night :-(

Love the burgers and fries. Only objection is loud acid rock type music when we thee at 6:30 Tuesday night. Jars the nerves so could not enjoy the delicious burgers in peace. Ok for 20 yr olds but not for seniors

Not bad for my first time. Bacon CheeseBurger taste healthy, more cheese than expect, bacon was more interesting than the whole burger itself. All you can eat peanut was not good, there some uncook peanuts, well, its okay to eat uncook peanuts but the fact remains that it is uncook.

I can’t even leave a full review, simply put, great food, great price, great staff. I don’t understand how this place even has negative reviews.

Haven’t been here in years and decided to get take out. BAD IDEA! Apparently a burger place with multiple locations has not yet figured out how to properly package a burger to go. They use foil which created steam and turned our burgers into a soggy mess. We spent $ 26 on three burgers and one order of fries and it was such a waste of food and money. The burger did not have much flavor either. For half the price, we could have gone to Habit Burger and had enough money for dessert. Will not be back!

Love Five guys burgers. It’s fresh and the portions are good. Service is always pleasant and fast.

So, I made my way into five guys for my usual burger. Sat down and waited for my order. Once I was called the anticipation of that first bite really hit me.
Sat down opened my bag and began to dig in. First bite stopped me in my tracks. Something was different with the meat.
After asking staff and management it was divulged that they changed their meat vendor. I began thinking that this must be that ground beef I’ve read about having been treated with ammonia.
Needless to say. This was my last venture into Five Guys.

I used to LOVE Five Guys, but now that I am older, I just can’t stomach all the heaviness and grease, even if I opt for the smaller burger.
This place is great for those who have an iron and bottomless stomach, seriously. The burgers here are hefty. Drop it on your table and it makes a loud noise. I would consider this the manly lumberjack of local burger joints, lol.
Still, they are delicious! Love how there’s peanuts you can snack on. :d Customer service has always been great, and they help you out if it is your first time ordering. Have fun customizing your burger — it’ll always come out fresh! There are also yummy, thick fries with cajun seasoning — be sure to order it with your burger.

Like some reviewers here, I too haven’t quite understood the hype with Five Guys ever since I tried it for the first time on the East Coast. Their food is okay, but not something I would rave about. While they offer a variety of toppings and ingredients to add to your burger, if you don’t simply go «All the Way» then it gets confusing to read the menu. The Cajun seasoning is good on their fries, but they tend to come out soggy. The burgers are okay, but even if I just want the smaller portion, it’s costs much more than I would expect to pay at a fast food place. I personally think their items are overpriced. To each their own, but my loyalty for good fast food burgers still goes to their competitor and California-​born burger joint with the yellow arrow.
Otherwise, the place is clean even with the free peanuts and they have that new, techie drink machine, as well as plenty of parking in the lot. It’s never really been busy when I’ve visited though.

This was the place I had my first Five Guys experience .
When first walked in, there was a loooooong line of people eating peanuts and throwing the shells on the floor. That was definitely breaking the social norm for me. lol
The atmosphere is just like any other fast food joint.

There are so many options! I got my burger exactly how I wanted it… and it was soooo delicious! The Cajun fries are crazy good too. I’ve been to different Five Guys all over the place and they’re all the same. Excellent service and amazing tasting high quality food.
The best part about five guys is ORDERING ONLINE. I’m always on the go and alot of times I work through lunch, so I can order online, make a quick run to Five Guys, bypass the lunch crowd, snatch up my food from the «Pick Up» counter and I’m out!
