Really chill staff, good juice lines, great customer service, good prices on mods n etc. I really recommend this shop for anyone who’s never been here before

The shop is awesome, the staff is great, and as soon as I had a problem with my mod, the owner Charles immediately stepped up and helped me resolve my issue. All the staff treats you like you’re a regular. Perfect for all your vaping needs.

They have a very knowledgeable staff who all look genuinely happy to work there. They always take time to help with whatever you need. Sometimes they are very deep in conversation about random things with each other but it makes it feel like you aren’t ruining the fun or being pressured to make quick decisions. It’s very laid back unlike some other vape shops where there is hardly any seating. Very comfortable personalities no intimidation or noticeable judging, they just spend most the day smoking and laughing and offering you help with anything you need. I do wish they had more sales and discounts on their good flavors but they usually have some kind of deal even if it’s just their military discount. They keep us coming back!

Amazing vape shop always so helpful and they have new flavors every time we come in and a ton of samples. My go to vape shop when I need a new juice. LOVE THEM!

Always out of stock of juice, would rather play with their friends then help a costumer, and never open on time. Ive been to every vape shop in the temecula/​Murrieta area and this one is bar far the worst

I came in with an idea of what I was looking for. The kid was helpful and knew his stuff. I was torn between a nice clone mech and an authentic box. They owner came over and gave me a deal I couldn’t pass up. Thanks. Will be my new go to place.

Great vape shop super friendly brandon is great sold me my first set up and got me started. Cooper is really helpful with builds and DJ can answer pretty much every question you have about vapping. All in all its a great shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff

nice selection of juices and hardware. the staff was really nice and the Owner DJ was super helpful. There is a cool vibe in the lounge with some nice and actually clean couches (some places are funky, NOT Diamond Vapor) Great location with plenty of parking too. IN the end, it’s all about the staff, they WIN!

I don’t usually have problems when I go into this shop but recently I’ve been leaving very dissatisfied. The manager girl I’ve been getting recently (don’t know her name but she has red hair) when I come in is not too helpful and seems to have an attitude which has unfortunately cost you my business. I feel like all they care about is getting your money and especially this girl who apparently seems to think it is ok to text while I am asking her a question about the difference between silica string and organic cotton (by the way she told me it was basically the same which I now know is not true!) Sorry guys, I have been coming here since you opened last year but that is really unacceptable. I will have to drive much further now to a store where my business will actually be appreciated.

Favorite vape shop in all of Temecula/​Murrieta area.
Huge selection of liquids to pick from (great prices) updated mod selection, very fast and efficient builds and cotton changes. Staff if super friendly and welcoming. Also a great place to hang out.

Bad business practices, employees bully people and make the environment a hostile one. Witnessed customer being told to leave because former employee took issue with the customer regarding a past issue. This place is not run in a professional manner, several occasions I have seen employees «play» with tasers by shocking customers in the store. I would avoid this place at all cost. Your money and your time are better spent with the countless other vape stores in town.

Best shop hands down. I’ve been to em all from San Fran to SD. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Top of the line products. Definitely worth checking out.

Love this place. Charles the owner knows what he’s doing and is a big help. Hooked it up on a few builds and even a new mod. Let’s you sit and hang out as long as you want and has dozens of flavors to drip and try out. Great environment and dope place to kick it. I would have sat there all night if I could. If you vape or are interested in starting you Gotta check this place out for sure. I’ll be going there regularly.

Okay so, here are the facts, the customer service, the products, eliquid and the prices (very reasonable) at DVL are AWESOME. More specifically DVL’s sales team is professional, accommodating, and understanding of your vaping needs. From attys to box mods, to batteries to 24 gauge wire they are always willing to help you regardless of your vaping experience/​expertise; you need a parallel build, stove top, infinity build for your mod, yeah they can do that for you too. So even if you are just looking or you are a seasoned vapor, you can’t go wrong spending some time at DVL and at the very least you can hang out and play some pool, have something to drink, or a snack and just chill…

Went in to check out this new spot to get a starter kit. Affordable and good selection of different E-​Juice. Great customer service very attentive and friendly. If your looking for a vape definitely check this place out. I will be back.

Could be better. I came in looking for a particular brand/​flavor and they have it. Now, as I linger around asking questions and taste testing other brand, they should have offered something between the line, «Hey, I notice you like this and this, would you like to try that and that?» Instead of having me blindly pick up bottles after bottles which eventually ruin my palate so I had to stop.

I haven’t check out their mods, rda, rba, or accessories so no comment (yet). As for their juice line, I am very pleased. Majority of the vape shops in Temecula only carries juices with custard, vanilla, butterscotch, or tobacco flavor. So my choices are limited. I was eccentric when I found out DVL sells O.M.G eLiquid, Gemini, and Ruthless.

I will definitely come back. This place is pretty cool. Not only could you drip test the flavor straight out of your rda, but best of all this place is DOG FRIENDLY, WOOF!!!
