Chong Osbun Permanent Make-up

Please be careful if you go to Chong. I’m glad that others have found their results pleasing, even «natural.» Mine were anything but. I carefully explained how natural an eyeliner look I wanted. Came in for my session with my eye makeup applied EXACTLY the way I wanted it — told her this was exactly the look I wanted. Also gave her a picture. While I agree that she has a steady hand and is an excellent practitioner, her artistry for me was completely and totally wrong: thicker on both the upper and lower than I had ever worn it, ever, even for formal events. Ridiculously thick. She never once stopped to ask whether I liked what was happening, as another reviewer reported. I look like a clown — or a hooker — take your pick. I scare myself when I get out of the shower. Am now desperately seeking correction professionals after living with this for several years and still being depressed when I look at myself.

Chong is amazing! I met several women who had used her for permanent make up and I finally tried her out! Upper and lower eyeliner. Great results!! i have recommended her to many more!!!
