All I can say about this place they are very unprofessional they don’t care about the customers I waited out side the store 45 minutes for the Manger come open the store @ 10: am he over slept didn’t open till 11: am I had been waiting 1 hr and he still couldn’t take care of my return so I had to go back later on the day… to see if they had enough money for my return very very unprofessional I will never showed there again I give it 0 stars.

This review is for Cara (i think that’s her name, that’s what it said on my receipt. Kinda tall, super long hair, usually half up in a ponytail) She is super awesome and helpful! It sucked when this store didn’t have the right size in either shoe my boyfriend picked out, but no biggie because she made it super easy for us to put in an order so we can pick them up in a couple days. She was really nice and really patient with us even though we’re super picky. We even asked her to grab multiple shoes from the back. Sometimes they were different but she also didn’t fuss or give us any attitude when we asked for the same pair because the one she brought out was imperfect (not her fault). Thank you Cara!
Other than that, best selection of shoes in temecula. No complaints.

A little overpriced, but the store has a great selection that no other sports store in Temecula can compare to. (In my opinion, of course.) I recommend this place for people who are desperate for Jordans or some special Nike shoe, although they don’t have all of them, they’re still considerable

I love this store, great people amazing atmosphere! Until today when I checked out! I had this girl name Gabriella. She was so rude! She was not helpful at all! She was so mean like I was the one that ruined her day. She will be the reason I don’t go back to that store.
To all other crew members thank you.

Had the worst experience returning a pair of nikes I purchased online because the store didn’t carry the size I needed after receiving the shoes in mail they ended up not fitting to my needs so I returned them had to wait 38 minutes to do the return since they had to call the 800# because they didn’t know how to do the refund how annoying never again.

Horrible service! Stood in line and had my shoes at the front desk. When it was my turn I asked if I could please switch the color. The little Mexican girl with glasses at the counter said ok and asked to help the person behind me while they got my shoes and I said that’s fine. She helped the gentleman and an employee brought my shoes. After she got done with the customer she called the next customer in line and totally ignored me! So I thought ok and waited for her to finish with him. After she was done with that customer she called the next customer in line! I know she saw me right there. I wasn’t going to go back in line. Horrible customer service! If she’s in charge she should be fired as manager! definitley calling to complain!

The prices are a little higher here, but they carry items you just cant get anywhere else. This is the only store in town that carries a decent line if toddler and kid size Adidas shoes. Their selection of shoes, clothes, hats and accessories is always the very latest when it comes to Adidas and Nike. The employees are on some limited form of commission so they’re always happy and motivated to help you find what you’re looking for.

A place to get your team jersey fix. Sneaker and new era hat section is good enough. Excellent place to get some Jordan gear.

Sneaker selection is ok, but their Nike t-​shirt inventory is better than most Nike outlets. It’s just a shame that they don’t sell their shirts at Nike outlet prices. I’m on the hunt for some ’95 Nike Air Max’s but didn’t find any in the colorway I want.
They did carry it at the Foot Locker downstairs but not in my size. I will say that their clothing prices are much higher than at Foot Locker, so if you’re looking to get some work out sweats then you should probably head downstairs.
But if you’re looking to get some fly Nike t-​shirts, then look no further.
