Very good food and drinks! Loved it! The bartender could use a little help in the friendly department but the general manager Shelly made up for unfriendly bartender(by the way the bartender was competent just not friendly). A lot of money was spent but a lot of fun was had!

I got to give em two stars due to good food. A little overpriced for what you get. As I sat at the bar, the only person at the bar, the bartender flirted with the waitress for a while. I heard her cus and talk about her love life with her ex-boyfriend. She went on and on about getting drunk and having issues with him falling in love with her. Funny thing is the manager was walking around and didn’t seem to care. At least he said hello. Food was well done, I would go back but not sit at bar so I don’t have to witness their social lives at work.(Being paid)

The service and food are great! They have the best steaks around. Last time I was there I had the friendliest server, Sue. I will be glad to continue going there time and time again. It never disappoints!

Do yourself a favor, and go to the Chili’s next door– where you will spend less money for better food. Husband and I went here for dinner, i ordered an ice tea to drink that tasted like used dish water. I asked for a Pepsi instead, when i got that it was flat. We ordered our food, i got the prime rib with shrimp. That plate came with two sides, i got the loaded baked potato soup and onion rings. My husband ordered the ribs and chicken, his two sides being fries and steak soup. We got our soups first and they were great! Great flavor, all around really good. When we got our dinner plates, they looked very disappointing. My husband only had a very small amount of fries. Maybe a baby hand full, and my prime rib looked plain. My husband said he has had better ribs at Applebees, and my prime rib was edible only completely smothered in A1 sauce because it had no flavor what so ever. The onions in my onion rings were very hard, and i couldn’t bite through them. The shrimp were flavorful and good. For only 2 drinks and 2 meals that were kinda awful our check was $ 66. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and the price is ridiculous when i can get better food at a place like Applebees for 1⁄3 the price. My husband and I actually both said we would have rather eatten at a drive thru. I’ve had better food from Jack In The Box. On another note, our waitress was very nice and friendly.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Black Angus, There just aren’t many left open anymore. This place was pretty good, parking was easy, and the wait time was just a couple of minutes. The waiter had a little of a dry personality, but to his credit he got everything right, the food was good and the temperature was perfect. I can see my self come here often if I lived close by… I can find excuses to drive to San Diego though :)

I got a 10% off deal for Black Angus from my bank, if I used my ATM card at the restaurant. So, we finally took advantage of the deal, and decided to go to the Temecula Black Angus, which we had not been to in years. The chicken teriyaki was ok, but way, way, way over priced. The Asparagus I paid extra for(four pieces for a buck) was cold upon arrival. The chicken and baked potato were hot and pretty good, but for $ 19,99, it was way too expensive. My wife got Brussels Sprouts and they too arrived under cooked and cool. So much for the veggies. We probably will not come back for a few years, or if we do, it will be for lunch.

Came in late for dinner and the staff was still amazing after a long day of work. They weren’t gloomy that more people came in and was happy to seat us for a late dinner. After we enjoyed our meal we realized my Husband left his credit card there. We called the next morning and it was there in their safe. How wonderful for them to put away for us. Thank you Black Angus for being so Wonderful!

JUST A GIGANTICMESS It started with coming in and being seated; the pace of the restaurant was about medium rush, with lots of empty tables and lots of wait staff running around. I had to sit for a good 10 or 15 minutes before I’d had enough and decided to stand up and physically walk to the nearest server and DEMAND service. Strike one. The food was ordered and I was served root beer and the free bread to tide me over. An acceptable amount of time passed and the food arrived(I’d say 20 – 30 minutes from when I’d ordered). I ordered a steak sandwich with french fries, and neither were any good. The fries tasted just barely cooked, and the steak was forgettable and coated in grilled onions that were neither juicy nor warm by the time I took my first bite. No amount of sauce or ketchup could save this disaster. Strike two. I had endured a pretty lousy experience at Black Angus at this point. It only got worse as I tried to file a complaint on the Black Angus website(oh, what a mistake!). I left my phone number on the complaint form for some reason, and got a call from BA that then patched me to the restaurant right there in Temecula. I had to talk to that poor hostess/manager and somehow it became a self-flogging session where she told me how sorry she was for my awful experience at her restaurant, and could I wait a minute while she went and grabbed the waiter to talk to me? The whole ordeal made me very uncomfortable and I wanted nothing more than to hang up and forget about it all. Strike three. So there you have it. Don’t go to Black Angus Steakhouse.

Okay so I normally love Black Angus but I ordered my steak medium and it came out extra well like beef jerky! Normally the servers will ask you to cut in to your steak right away to see if it is to your liking– but that didn’t happen. I thought to myself, whatever I’m starving. For my sides I ordered the brussel sprouts which are always good here(they charge $ 1 extra) and a garden salad with honey mustard. Also, I love their teriyaki sauce but they charge $ 1 extra per side of it.

Unfortunately the server Jessie ruined this place for us. My side of augratin potatoes was rotten… I mean stinky rotten. We told Jessie who pretty much blew us off and then charged us for the piece of cheesecake that she offered for the nasty potatoes. My husband was so livid he asked for the manager as we were walking out. So if you come here don’t sit at Jessie’s station. And double check the potatoes augratin cause it may be spoiled.

I was expecting great things coming from a «steak house». although the bus boy served my kids drinks right after vacuuming up some water that leaked from the ceiling and didn’t even wash his hands, I gave the food a chance. My steak was dry. My girlfriends steak was under cooked. They forgot the dressing for the appetizers and by the time the dressing came out, the appetizers were cold. The only positive was our server,(not the bus boy) thank you Luis. Your customer service was outstanding and stops me from saying«I’ll never be back». Hope the next experience is better!

Really looking forward to a nice prime rib dinner. The prime rib was good, baked potato over cooked and the asparagus horrible. Had the campfire coupon 2 dinners for $ 42.00 with appetizer. Had no idea about the onions that they ask it you want on your steak is $ 2.49 extra and $ 1.00 extra when they ask what veggie you would like and you say asparagus. The server Carol was amazing. The manager Shelley needs work on customer service.

Service was amazing! Made us feel very welcome. My plate was delicious, my kids chicken strips had a little fishy taste but they changed it for something else that we requested and did not charge for the plate! Manager was really nice and helpful she made sure we all were taken care of!

This was our first time coming to this location. What a disappointment! We called ahead to have a table waiting for us. Still had to wait 15 minutes for a table once we got there. Had to ask for our bread then food was delivered a mintute later. We ordered 2 kids macaroni and cheese for the kids, both came out cold. They had to take them back to be reheated. Service was very slow despite them not being that busy at the time. Once the kids were done eating, we asked for the ice cream that came with the kid’s meal. Ice cream came with a bonus… a hair! This was the last straw. Never coming to this location again

Their service sucked, the food was horrible for the price and when spoke to the manager he couldn’t speak a lick of English! Then after explaining what is wrong and still offering to pay for our meal, he’s like get out! Because an F bomb was dropped! Bi**h please! Anyway to some it up, I’ve had better service at Chillis and recommend Chillis compared to this place! It’s a fucking Joke! Oh and by the way did I mention I’m active duty Military? Thanks for your support! NOT!

Been coming to this location for years, but I’m sad to say this place has gotten worse over time. I arranged for a few friends to meet me here and we expected a good dinner. Our server was not good, he had absolutely no sense of humor and was not attentive enough. Our drinks were not refilled until we had asked and our server did not crack a fake smile(the least he could do). It just seemed as though he wanted to be anywhere but work. I ordered the Prime Rib dinner and asked for it to be cooked medium but instead it came out bloody rare. I asked the server to fix it(I had taken just one bite) and he took the plate back. I was assuming they would just get me a newly prepared steak but instead they just reheated it until it was medium. The problem with reheating it is that the prime rib loses its moisture and tenderness. A prime rib is supposed to be broiled in tact, then sliced individually so you receive all the juices from the top to the bottom of the steak. Not the case here. I understand that steak is costly to replace, but if they would have gotten it right the first time, we wouldn’t have been in the position to have it replaced. The only good thing is the sides I received. The loaded baked potato soup was delicious and the baked potato was hot. We were the last to leave(I think it was 5 minutes after they closed) and we can see all the staff just standing there waiting for us to leave so they can clock out. Pretty uncomfortable. No one even thanked us as we were walking out. I’ve been to many Black Angus’ in the past and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Not saying I won’t be back but definitely won’t go out of my way to invite friends to meet me here.

Yes, I’m giving a fiver for Black Angus, Temecula. Why? Because we have eaten here several times now and have had consistently good food and service. Our server tonight, Stephani was great! She took our order, refilled drinks, check on how our food was, PLUS she was filling bar orders in between tables. Awesome! My wife had fire grilled chicken and it was perfect. I had the grilled prawns with with garlic herb butter were a real treat. For sides we had green beans and scalloped potatoes with a nice melted cheese crust on top. The green beans had bacon and were cooked just right. I’m glad I signed up online for their specials. We had 30% off our whole meal and it was a substantial discount. Good food, darling server and a deal make me ready to go back any time. My advice is to go on a slow night if you can. We’ve been doing a Mon.-Thur. night hang as much as possible with no complaints. In fact, I was impressed with the Tuesday happy hour specials. One was the«Cowboy Up!» which for only $ 5.50 you get a Bullseye brew and a shot of Jack Daniels. Yee-Haw!

I think Black Angus gets a bum rap, and maybe some off it’s valid since they have the name«steakhouse», but I’ve eaten at Black Angus multiple times(as I did last night) and I can say, every time, the food has been extremely tasty. I think some people expect Mortons quality meats, but you’re not paying Mortans prices, so I don’t get the reviews knocking the food. My wife had the Rib Eye and I had the Prime Rib, both cooked exactly as we requested(medium, nice and pink in the middle) and the flavor was as good as I could ask for. Their 3-Cheese Garlic bread is SOOO good and the green beans were very good as well. I give validity to the slow and sometimes non-attentive service, but the food came out hot and tasty. It’s good food at pretty fair price points for places like Outback or Sizzler(comparable places). This place has a nicer ambiance than most I’ve been to, as it has windows and is lighter inside. Places near my home are way darker inside. I liked it, and would go again if I lived closer, heck if not for the cheesy bread alone! :)

Avoid this place like the plague… Why eat here with so many delicious options around town where you can get fresh real food instead of commercial chain frozen food. Service was friendly thats all good but the food is terrible.
