All Occasion Party Rentals

We used All Occasion Party Rentals for our wedding in September of 2015 and I had an excellent experience. I don’t normally leave reviews, but since the service and the quality of rentals were exquisite I felt it necessary to go out of my way to put in a good word. We rented 8′ tables, Mahogany Chiavari chairs and linens, all arrived as expected and the set up and break down went without a hitch. Thank you for your excellent service! I would definitely use All Occasion rentals again in the future.

Horrible service. I called to get a simple quote from them, a lady with very broken English answered and was very rude… she made me feel as if she was doing me a favor by giving me a quote. I heard her cell phone ring in the backround and she had the audacity to put me on hold to answer her cell!!!
When she finally gives me a quote, she was charging a ridiculous amount for travel fee (mind you her business is within 15mil radius) and other minusha details. On their website they list $ 4.50 for pipe and drape, but were they get you is with their service fees… it just makes me wonder if that is the service she provides as a business owner, I’m sure her staff are a clear reflection of her. Why would I pay high service fees for bad service?
I will post a review on wedding wire!!!
I found this other place that’s about 35mil radius of my venue and they’re willing to do the job for a third of the price All Occasion quoted me… service and travel fees included.
Brides, don’t waste your time… if their service is like this over the phone, I’m sure the day of the event they’re going to add stress to your special day.
