Alisa just helped us buy a great home in Temecula Wine Country. Last time we bought a home was 18 years ago, so we felt a bit like we were getting into something we knew nothing about. We made it just about as difficult as it could be on a real estate professional… we had some very inflexible requirements, we had a fast escrow with a closing during the holidays, and the owner we were buying from decided to go on vacation in a remote area with no phone service right as things were wrapping up, making it really difficult to resolve open issues. No problem (at least for us)… Alisa handled it calmly and always with our best interest in mind.
