Called to ask about the price of printing one black and white page, was placed on hold for nine minutes. Drove down here to print a multitude of items, it took three minutes for the chatty kathys behind the desk to even acknowledge me. I pulled my phone out of my pocket for the eighth time and they finally decided to ask me what I needed. It is beyond an inefficiently run store. The employees are rude and could not care less about the customer.

I only put down 1 star because there is no 0 star option. There is one staff member who was actually competent, unfortunately he was just leaving as we arrived. The manager is awful at customer service and I can’t believe he got this job. We had to wait an eternity for an associate to get the manager because he stopped to help other customers. And we had to wait 10 minutes for him to give us the customer support number for Microsoft, and he wasted our time showing us bogus websites which were irrelevant for us. Bottom line, go elsewhere.

First off I have to say the other reviewers of this are either entirely stupid and ignorant of what a retail store is like, or were just too self absorbed to realize that this store is MUCH better than best buy, it just requires a bit of patience. The copy center is one of the best in the area and always gets jobs done with quality and speed, and the computer tech’s here really know their stuff, they are polite, as well as professional and FAR from lazy, I have never walked in once and saw an associate just standing around, they always find something productive to do, this store is THEBEST Staples store around the Tri State Area, having been to many other Staples and other office supply stores this one has it’s act together and really knows what they are doing, the managers here really know how to set a positive vibe, even when the store is full of people. I love this store!

The people here were rude, lazy and they lied. I asked to have a 10×13 image printed and they said it would take 4 hours… interesting. Not willing to argue, I asked if they would print a test sheet just so I could see how the colors looked. I told them I would come pick it up at 2pm the next day. I showed up at 2:30 the next day and nothing was done and they couldn’t even find my flash drive. Great! After searching for 20 minutes and blaming the night staff with no apology, it magically appeared. This time they said I could wait and they would print. I guess miracles happen over night and print time can decrease from 4 hrs to minutes. I had to head back to work so I told them I would be back at 5pm. I show up at 5:30pm(again trying to give them extra time). Surprise, nothing had been done. Now frustrated, the lady says she will do it right now. She puts the flash drive in and explains that it is blank. Somewhere through this long process someone has deleted my file. Not sure how that’s possible they printed me a copy the night before. After 3 pointless trips, I left with no print out, no file, and higher frustration than ever. Terrible customer service trumped all here. A phone call or an apology or any sense of sincerity would have been nice. Drive a little further and get the job done right.
