Sheryl is the best manicurist in town! Actually ever. I try to get my nails done by her every time I visit! I also appreciate her pricing– getting your nails done by her is a «true steal». Another example of her thoughtfulness she texted me earlier and asked if I wanted a coffee from Starbucks since she was going… who does that?!? It’s a treat to get my nails done by her. I highly recommend you calling her up and making an appointment

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all, just so you all know, they are in Old Towne now on Brian Way.
Anyway, back to my review, I bought a gift certificate from the local youth wrestling club for gel nails or toes. I wanted both done so I was going to use the certificate for one and pay for the other. The certificate said to ask for Kobie. I called the salon at about 11 am and asked for Kobie and was told that she had just left. They took my name and number and said she would get back to me. Okay, that’s fine… only she didn’t. I waited the rest of that day and the rest of the next business day. When I didn’t hear back, I took the second option on the gift certificate which said to text Kobie at her cell phone. It took about 2 hrs to get a reply and when I did get a reply it said, «can I text you tomorrow? I’m out of town» in which I replied with, «sure, that’s fine.» Did I get a text the next day? Nope. What about the day after that? Nope. Any day after that? Nope. Then I got on a local facebook page and saw that she had been promoting herself and the salon all those days. Hmm, she had enough free time that she could get on facebook, but didn’t have time to get back to me, A CUSTOMER, and set up an appointment!!! This really irritates me…
So I had to take my gift certificate back to the wrestler I bought it from and get money back and take away from their club fundraiser just because this lady was very unprofessional and obviously didn’t want my business. I had a party that weekend and ended up having to find another lady to do my nails on such short notice, which I did and am very thankful for and will continue to go to her. She wants my business.
I just can’t believe how unprofessional Kobie was with a potential customer.
