Do not rent apartments at the Orchard or the Meadows apartments as they belong to the same owner. I put down $ 800 for security deposit. When I moved out, the apartment was in its original condition. I even left all of my flowers and trees for the backyard that I planted for the last 5 years I lived there. They scammed to get to all of my deposits by sending me a bill to clean the apartment. They told me before I left that the place was in its good condition and would return the whole deposit to me. Much to my surprise, I received a total of $ 25 of the $ 800 deposit. I called to ask them and they never returned the call. Look else where and if you rent, don’t put down too much deposit. They are bad people.
