I was stuck pretty far from civilization and this company went so far out of their way to help me. I will forever be grateful for getting our vehicle to a proper mechanic as well.

I wound up hitting some boulders in the road one night after a rock slide and was stuck in the pitch black darkness of a random hwy 58 off ramp. My insurance connected me with M & S and they came and picked me up quickly, I think they were there with 30 min of my call. The driver (who was the dispatcher) had come out specifically because I had my dog with me. He gave me suggestions on a pet friendly hotel and where I could rent a car, both were very helpful. He told me what he thought could be wrong with my car and he was pretty spot on. I liked the fact that I didn’t have to pay out of pocket as they work with my insurance company on everything so I didn’t have to worry.
