Great services very acceptable prices! They come out and take a look at what needs to be cleaned for free. They do carpet cleaning and furniture. Will for sure use in the future!

Hired Tom after he came highly recommended by folks in the Tehachapi community. He was very friendly and did a great job. His wife does the scheduling of appointments, and has a thick accent, which can be hard to understand on the telephone, but I can PROMISE you they are BOTH extremely PROFESSIONAL people. His rate to clean our home at move-​out was beyond reasonable. Less than $ 250 for a 2300+ square foot home. What a deal! I did a final walk-​thru on the place after he was done, and was really impressed. He made 10 year old carpets look brand new! Wow! All I can say is, we will gladly use him again in our new home. Thanks again Tom!

Tom has done my carpets every year once or twice a year FOREVER! I know I am getting old when I cannot count the years. ;) He’s a hard working guy who deserves my repeat business, I trust him completely, he is the salt of the earth kind of kind. Drives in from the Lancaster area and works hard all over L.A. I live in Santa Monica, upstairs in an apartment where I put the carpet in myself. I know I have been here over 20 years and he’s the only carpet cleaning guy I have ever hired. He has been able to stretch the life of the carpet he tells me. It’s still looking good although I am ready for a change of carpet but will continue to use Tom Flynn!

He did a nice job of shampooing the carpets. I would hire him again. They smelled good and looked clean. I was particularly impressed that he didn’t just send some teenager to do it for minimum wage. Flynn did it himself. I also liked the way he left paper tracks around for us to walk on until the carpet dried. As per our rental agreement we had to leave the carpets shampooed professionally and we did not want to leave any last minute shoe-​prints.
