Hidden gem. Cold beer, great ‘bar food’ menu and friendly staff. There are tv’s on just about every wall so just about anywhere is a good seat. Has a very local friendly feel to it. Very clean and well decorated. My favorite place to watch a game in Tecumseh!

I have eaten here a few times now and every time, it’s been very blah. The staff is nice for the most part but the last two times I’ve been here, they’ve been God-awful slow and for no reason as it hasn’t been very busy inside. The last visit, we sat and waited to be greeted for about fifteen minutes before a waitress finally walked up and asked, «Have you guys been helped yet?» We said no and she made us feel awkward by saying grumpily, «Well I’m on break but I GUESS I can help you.» It made us feel like we were being rude for inconveniencing her, however, she could have asked somebody to come over. Sorry for coming into your establishment and bothering you. On top of the service being consistently slow every time and sometimes grumpy, we both always order burgers when we go and this last time, it was the worst burger I’ve ever had. I’m not trying to exaggerate and I can say I’ve had a lot of bad burgers. But this was the most DRY burger I’ve ever had. I had asked for a medium cooked burger and it was very well done and seemingly had been drained of every bit of moisture. I showed my guest how there wasn’t a bit of juice in the meat and how the meat had turned into a weird texture from being so dry. He was sad and didn’t want to say anything because he loves Muk’s but he agreed that his burger was terrible as well. When the waitress finally came back around, she asked how everything was and I mentioned politely that the burger was kind of dry and asked if I could please get another drink, her response was, «Well, you can’t win them all.» It was a little weird. I didn’t want to go into it so that’s why I didn’t make it a big deal but she could have said sorry or something and not acted like I was the problem. After it all, we decided that after about six or seven tries, we were probably done with Muk’s. I want to love it because I normally love dive-y local bars but I haven’t had anything here to make me want to come back. The food has never been that good and the beer is cheap but it’s not enough to make me stay.

Normally, I love Muk’s. I grew up in Tecumseh, but now live in California, where I attend law school, but when I am home, I make sure I stop by my favorite hometown bar. Tonight was the worst night I’ve ever had at a bar in my life. First, it appears the owners are not around on the weekends, which may contribute significantly to the problem. The problem I encountered was when I entered the parking lot, I saw a waitress picking up glass and cursing up a storm at another presumed patron. I tried to help her and ask what happened, as I was unaware of the situation. She cursed at me, called me a «bitch,» called me «fat,» and told me I needed nutrisystem. The young lady was most obviously on drugs, presumably cocaine, as her eyes were darting and unfocused. She was wearing a white cut off shirt, bandana, and had blonde hair. I will not return to Muk’s and I encourage any respectable person in this community to do the same. No one deserves to be treated like this, especially not by someone who should be showing the utmost respect to their customers. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Great little dive bar in Lenawee county. Great staff, decent/fast bar food, nice patio outside, juke box thingy, a couple of big screen tvs, one pool table, drinks not too pricey. Overall a nice place to observe the Tecumseh locals. Formerly Wrong Way’s Pub, changed it’s name a while back, but the Wrong Ways sign is still on the side door.
