The more I shop at this Walmart, the less I like the overall experience. The biggest issue I have with this Walmart is that it is always incredibly understaffed. It is like pulling teeth to find an available employee and when you have questions about their products, no one ever knows the answer. Recently we order invitations online and had them printed at the store. We thought the pick up process would be easy since we paid online, but when we showed up we waited for 15 minutes to be helped and then realized the order hadn’t been fully completed. A few of the other cons are that the store is typically disorganized and poorly stocked. Some of their aisles look like they have been hit by a tornado even though this time of year is slow for the area. In the end, I am really dissapointed with this location and the only reason I felt inclined to give this store two stars is that typically their cashiers are pleasant even though they could use a few more open aisles.

This store is awful… I went in last weekend to get a can of paint to finish up my project… There was none. went back the next day, figuring the invisible staff certainly put it out… That is a joke… There is NEVER anyone in the paint department… or in many other departments either… Went back today to get the paint and some paint thinner… The stock is exactly like it was over the weekend… they still did not have the paint… I could not find paint thinner after walking and walking around… There was NO staff associate(which is the norm)…so I walked out… went to Aubuchon and got what I needed… Might add, on my way to the front of the store. there were at least 8 – 10 associates in the middle of the floor shooting the breeze… They might want someone to think they were having a meeting… and even if they were… it is totally irresponsible to leave the floor departments with no one… I will never go back… the prices are not even that great… item for item… they are NOT lower than other stores… maybe a few items that I have never seen… but the items I want can be bought much cheaper at a hardware store or supermarket… Will never go back to this store… Horrible management.

I went to Walmart to checkout a «RealPad» for my dad, in your electronics dept. There were 5 associates standing around the electronics POS area. When I approached the associates, the manager was ranting about another employee, to the associates. He looked right at me, but did not even ask me if I needed help. I finally got an associate to help me get a password to logon to the RealPad that was on display, by interrupting the ranting manager. The manager said that he’d try to logon, but«customers are always changing the passwords on us, so it probably wouldn’t work». As expected, the manager couldn’t logon to the Realpad, so I couldn’t even see how it worked. 1. Manager set a terrible example for his staff. 2. The Realpad password didn’t work, so the manager just gave up. This is not acceptable. Aren’t you trying to sell the Realpads? 3. Is there any plan in place to correct this situation?

Very friendly, helpful, and cheap. Gave them my insurance card and they were able to give me a call back with the exact costs of my exam. Awesome!
