TL Nails & Spa

Was a regular here, most the time it was acceptable nail work. The guy is very rude & not great at his job. The pregnant/​young girl does THE BEST gel manicure ever but doesn’t speak. Then the main lady, older, not very friendly either, she’s always shakey. This last time so bad that 4 of my nails had gel polish on my cuticle & skin and more than half my fingernail tips had gel polish and she refused to wipe them off with acetone. She looked at me like I was crazy. Walked off and did a guy’s eye brows. Yep, she did. Very unprofessional and rude!
Then comes back as if I was suppose to change my mind. I told her I wasn’t happy as I’d previously stated to her & that the polish wasn’t even dark enough. You could see through it completely!
The gel polish I chose was darker and it wasn’t even near the color I picked out.
She said nothing to me. Got acetone and put my hands in it to remove the polish. By the time she was done, I’d been there 1 hour & 15min. I had to go. She didn’t even apologize or try to fix it. Just acted like nothing happened.
This place has gone WAY down hill.
I use to lovvve them… But today was the last straw.
Don’t waste your time or money unless you can get the younger lady (who’s currently prego) to do your nails.
