I really had high hopes for this place. I went in for lunch with my family and we tried the chicken salad sandwich, BLT and the soup of the day which was Cheddar Potato. Everything was mediocre. The chicken salad sandwich would have been infinitely better on a croissant or something more interesting then untoasted wheat bread. Adding in crunchy pecans and grapes would liven it up as well. The BLT was on untoasted bread which is a travesty. If you are going to only offer a handful of sandwiches, they should be all GREAT. This food just isn’t and it’s a shame as the place is cute and it’s situated right next to Frills on Fourth. No one in our group ordered coffee, but I have heard that it is good… so I will return eventually to try it out.

Open 7AM to 2PM M-F and closed on the weekends. How do they even stay in business? I would like to be able to try them out, but they only are open while I am at work.

I like the food but it is a very small town and there is not much to choose from if you want to eat healthy so this place is on a short list of acceptable places. The older lady working the counter the day of my visit was very kurt –she did not say hello or thank you when I commented on the nice new location she was kind of rude about it. I guess since they have the market cornered for deli/coffee in the area they can afford to be as rude as they like and stay in business.

Good service, great food and of course good coffee. The only suggestion for them is to offer something other than a packaged sweetener for the coffee. My choices were: the pink packets, blue packets, yellow packets and sugar. Incorporating either honey or agave nectar would be a healthier alternative. I’m jus not a fan of aspartame. Other than that, it’s a great quaint coffee joint nestled in the heart of Taylor! I’ll definitely be back!
