Anyone who knows me knows that I love froyo, and Macy’s is my go-to spot. I go to Southland Mall just to get Macy’s froyo more than I do to actually shop there… and if I’m there to shop, I refuse to leave without getting some. I almost always get a twist of the«fun» flavors that they rotate, my favorites being strawberry/cheesecake and raspberry/lemon. My husband usually gets the chocolate/vanilla(boring, but also delicious). I always get the regular cup with a dry topping, because the fruit sundaes aren’t worth the extra $ 1.50 to me. For what I order, $ 1.95 is a great value compared to a lot of the«fancy» froyo shops(which don’t exist downriver anyways). The only reason I took a star off is because I’ve had extremely rude service on occasion, but for the most part the staff is friendly.

Tis the season! With the lovely weather we’ve been having, I’ve had a hankering for some delicious frozen yogurt. My favorite place for the Froyo treat is Fruigurt, located inside of Macy’s of Southland(or any Macy’s). I literally drove out to Southland(which isn’t far from me, but I had no other reason for going out there) JUST for a frozen yogurt treat. There is always chocolate, vanilla, twist, then 2 other(rotating) flavors. There’s always a sugar free option, which is usually really tasty. I usually get 2 fruits and granola with mine. They also have fruit smoothies, sundaes, etc. Next time you’re out shopping, take a FroYo break! I didn’t give it 5 stars because of the lack of friendliness by the girl working on this particular day. Also, this Fruigurt is located between the mens and womens departments, fyi.
