This arbys is horrible!! They need to shut it down completely. The staff is rude and have no customer service skills what so ever. I wish I didn’t have to select a star!

The food at this Arby’s location is average for Arby’s. The staff is always friendly. The service is always quick just like this visit.
Their Jr. Roast Beef sandwich is juicy. Their brisket sandwich has a nice sweet barbeque sauce on the top with average onion rings. The onion rings could have been fresher; they tasted like they were from the freezer. The brisket was nicely seasoned. It was thicker cut than what Arby’s usually is known for which led to parts of the meat being juicier than the roast beef. But the cut of meat also included parts which were a tad bit overcooked and dry. But over all, the sandwich had a nice flavor in contrast with the roast beef sandwiches.
