While the staff are extremely helpful… only two stars for the business on Memorial Day Weekend. They were closed from 10 – 2 pm on Saturday (which everyone totally understands) but for crying out loud — put it on your marquee. You have a marquee next to the building — let people know as they are driving by so that you don’t waste their time. That would be the customer friendly thing to do. Then on Monday — they are only open till 12 noon. Again — can you please put it in the marquee? You are not building a customer base when you send them elsewhere for better service. Use the tools you have and let customers know when you are not open etc.
