I was not expecting the service from best western but this location was like I checked into a 5 star hotel the hotel was very clean and luxurious. The breakfast was amazing I still think about it every morning.

Roaches, mouse turd, lizard and weird ant. no sleep grossed out. ⁹⁄₂₀₁₅ yeah this happened. Went to use restroom at 2am and the little bathroom friends scurried. Just one room out of numerous, but it is nearly 4am and I can’t sleep due to bug and mouse teams.

I was disappointed after staying a night in this really nice hotel. It’s decorated so nice and the rooms are clean and nicely decorated as well. However, the bed is horrible. you can tell they are subpar matteresses. Very springy. Other than a crappy bed, what a great hotel!

Overall the hotel was fine, except for the rude management.
When asked for extra blankets because it was a record low temperature of 30+
Degrees, the night personal answered that there wasn’t housekeeping at 10pm. He also commented that oh yeah I had to get all the snow off the ground.
Also the manager who said he was the owner, screamed at us when we asked for a half hour late check out. Others were in the lobby to hear all of this. Others also commented that he screamed at them too.

Great Experience overall! My parents stayed in this hotel for almost a week and they are in love with the place. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, as well as the location was great! And the price range was perfect for the budget they had set for the trip. Truly recommend this place to others!

To me, coming from a big city, my expectations for a hotel in what I consider to be «in the middle of nowhere» are usually pretty low.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay here.
For about the same price as I would have paid at a cheap motel nearby, I got to stay in a nice hotel. And the nicessness extends beyond the fancy lobby: My room was spacious, furniture was upscale, and beds were comfy.
The WiFi signal was a little weak in my room, but it was free.
The free breakfast was nice too, hot items were available like sausage, eggs, bagels, etc.
Next time you’re in the middle of nowhere, stay here!
