I went in on Labor Day pretty late in the day for a fill. I only waited about 5 minutes sit get my nails done. I asked if he could do design and I showed a picture. He did a great job and picked out perfect colors to match the picture. I was very happy.

Really nice salon. Everyone that works there is very friendly. The salon is clean and very welcoming. I had a gel manicure and the technician did an excellent job!

Wouldn’t even give it one star if I didn’t have to. I went there with my aunt and cousins and we received the worst service I have ever gotten. We were trying to pick our colours and the people kept rushing us even though they were working on others! And they had no colours to choose from either. I was looking for a black, which they didn’t have, and asked the lady if any were left on the counters and she told me whatever was on the rack was what’s to choose from. So then it took the four of us even longer to choose and they kept rushing us, still working on the other customers. Once I finally had chosen my colour I was immediately rushed in a chair, and I was supposed to be getting just a normal fill with square tips. It usually takes the other nail salon I go to an hour or so but it took him ten! They came out looking awful so I had the other lady re do them. Then they had made my cousin go to him too and she was supposed to have ballerina tips but he filed one side too much on her thumb and only put acrylic on three of her broken nails when they all needed them! So my aunt was trying to explain to the man but he was ignoring her completely. Then she called another lady who seemed nice at first to help my cousin. Now it’s two hours past closing time and they are STILL working on my aunt and two younger cousins nails. As the lady was trying to do my cousins nails she had noticed it wasn’t the shape she wanted so this is what she said to her «we don’t do that shape here» so my cousin said «two other guys who had worked here had done the shape just as she wanted», the lady then said «then you should try somewhere else, we don’t do that shape». So my other younger cousin, about ten, was getting a mani pedi and hadn’t said a word since we had gotten there. Apparently she smudged her nail by accident and the lady yelled at her and told her if she didn’t again she wasn’t fixing it. Once my aunts nails were done she went to dry them and all the workers there were hovering over us ready to leave because they only took ONE CAR. The manager or whoever kept complaining that she had a baby to feed. That lady immediately came to my aunt and said her nails were dry and to let her touch them. Of course my aunt said no and continued to dry them. The man there said he could understand everything she was saying in a rude way and all she said was, «I wasn’t saying bad things, I was trying to explain that these nails were a catastrophe to you and you ignored me». They all went on talking amongst themselves and after 10 minutes they tried making us leave but nobody’s nails were dried, I had been sitting there for over thirty minutes and they weren’t done. So finally after we were all fed up with their complaining about wanting to go home and rude comments we left, not caring if they had gotten smudged. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. They claim they’ve been open for 10 years but have no idea how to talk to costumers or run a business!

I would not even give this place a star if i didnt have to. I went in there on a Friday right around noon time with my sister. When we got there we asked if they had more than one person working so we could get our nails done together and the woman had told us yes. After about 10 minutes we asked her again because no one else was coming out to help. She again said yes. She ended up doing my sisters nails and no one else ever came out to help. While doing my sisters nails she did a fill in about 10 minutes. She was not taking her time at all. My sister washed her hands and was about to get her nails painted and noticed one nail needed to be filed so the woman then told my sister all her nails on one hand were longer than the other hand. The woman then fixed them, however, we were annoyed that she did not bother to fix them at first and was going to let her leave with uneven nails. She then painted them really fast and got paint all over her hands and also when my sister noticed a hair in one of her nails the woman just painted over it. My sister was very upset and was talking to her and the woman just ignored her and moved her bag to the drying table. The woman than began to ask me if i even wanted to continue to get my nails done and unfortunately i said yes because she already took off my polish. She then started to do my nails and was rushing the whole time. A few minutes later a group of 4 came in to get their nails done and then she called a man and he showed up about 10 minutes later to help her take some customers. She woman got paint all over my fingers and all my nails look terrible, some are round and some are square. They look terrible. There was a girl sitting next to me and asked the man to fix her nail and he said «why? whats wrong with it?» It was sideways!!! This place is a horrible place and very dirty as she just brushes everything onto the floor and it looks like it never gets cleaned. The people there are very rude and dont care about the customers. I will never go back and continue to spread the word.
