Stephanie was great. The food was amazing they executed everything perfectly. I ordered the Mac&Cheese with the spinacolli chicken breast and it was sooooo delicious. For dessert get the Granny Smith and add caramel it won’t disappoint you. Mango lemonade was great as well

The food is pretty average. I got a chicken sandwich with fries. I forget the name of it but it had BBQ sauce, bacon and cheddar cheese. It was pretty good. It came with a choice of 1 side. I got fries. They were good too. My son got deep dish Mac and Cheese. He thought it was good. The portion size was good. Our waitress(Ally Cat) was very friendly and did an awesome job. It’s nice to see a high school age kid at a chain restaurant care so much about what they do. Overall, food is average, service was excellent.

I have to give Uno’s major credit for something– and that is their gluten free menu. There is always a way to get around gluten when you go out to dinner, but it’s typically pretty tough to get a burger. And I LOVE burgers. Udi’s rolls aren’t the greatest, but having the option of ordering a gluten free burger automatically earns Uno’s major points with me. And their GF Guacamole burger(with a side of mashed potatoes) was great. Big, juicy, lots of cheese, plenty of guac. I went to Uno’s on a Sunday for lunch and the place was pretty empty. Our waitress came over and was very friendly, so we were off to a good start. There were three of us and we each got something different to drink: an angry iced tea, a Windy City hurricane, and a pomegranate margarita. Everyone enjoyed theirs, and I give a big thumbs up to my choice(the Windy City). Now here is where Uno’s lost me. We were planning on doing a little day drinking with lunch and our waitress barely checked in with us. I can forgive her forgetting my friend’s extra mayo, and maybe even walking by once or twice without stopping. But we were a group of girls looking to spend money at this place, and she didn’t check in with us until she was clearing our plates and bringing our check. It was incredibly disappointing. Good food and a good gluten free menu can only get you so far. The best food in the world can’t make up for mediocre service. Sure, I may stop by Uno’s again. But chances are I’ll try somewhere else nearby instead if I want to do more than eat a quick lunch.

It’s Unos. You know it, you probably enjoy it. My family and I enjoy it. So why two stars? The absolute worst pickup service ever. On three consecutive call-aheads, we have waited an additional 10, *20*, and 14 minutes over quoted time, with an empty house, only to be missing dressings, sauces, or toppings for our orders. Dine in? It’s Unos. Dine out? It’s dropping a Deuce.

Waited for everything from drinks to food. We went on kids eat free day and made us wait with kids. Sat for 40 minutes for half a sandwich. Overpriced and overrated. Will not go to there again. Thwre are plenty of other chain restaurants that suck alot less

I give Uno’s five stars for the bread pudding only. After all, that’s the only reason I come here… and maybe the mozzarella sticks. The service is pretty good too.

Oh, Uno’s. My little post-work watering hole. The staff at UNO’s is kind, considerate, and if you show up a few weeks in a row they really take the time to try and learn your name and preferences. I end up here over and over because they can accommodate my vegetarian and gluten-free friends with no issue. Recently they have changed their drink menu to try and include more craft beer and original mixed drink options. Bar-hour snacks are cheap and tasty. I usually get a thin crust pepperoni pie or the avocado egg rolls but the new flat-breads(which only cost a little more) are out of this world. I shared the Greek one with a friend yesterday and it was surprisingly fresh and flavorful. Yes, it’s part of a big ‘ol corporate chain but of all the OTHER big corporate chain restaurants on 140, Uno’s is the one I pick time and again.

As a vegetarian, I love this place! Far more options than 99 and Bertucci’s. Plus, they have Gluten-Free crust and two GF beer options! Great grilled veggie wrap and veggie spicy bean burger. I’ve tried almost every veggie option and don’t have one complaint. And I was suprised at how tasty the GF pizza crust is! I also appreciate that they are willing to serve grilled chicken on the kids menu without charging me more $. If you are looking for healthy menu options, have a specialty diet, or want good thin-crust pizza — this is the place. Oh yea, and they are also very kid-friendly with coloring pages an app device that you can play games on for $.99.

My first at Uno’s. The atmoshere was pleasant as well as the wait staff. I ordered a rum and coke, and for the meal a large Numero Uno pizza. When the pizza came out, I was taken back of how small it was. I asked if this was the large, and the waitress confirmed it was. Ok. It was topped thick with all the goodies I had ordered and tasted very good. I ate half and saved the rest for later when I got home. When I got the bill, it was $ 23. And change just for the pizza! And, oh by the way, I saw the small version and it was like a small tart. Umless I hit the lottery, or start raking in alot more cash, I won’t be goig there much. Hope this helps.

I really like Unos. They have really good menu and I never know what I should get because I love it all! They have the best cookie sundae dessert! I also really love their pizzas they are delicious. It’s also nice that they have an insider’s club where you can get coupons sent to your email pretty frequently. Overall, love it here and I have only had one ba experience where the food was late. But it’s nothing to complain about compared to all the good times at this restaurant.

Gross, the food tastes like it has freezer burn. Over priced frozen food with unknowledgeable staff! They gave me a hard time about using the Unilocal special dessert coupon.

Unos no longer has buzztime trivia, so it lost a star. I don’t go there anymore because of that, but the food is good for a chain and it’s getting better for vegetarians.

My husband and I go to Uno’s in Taunton almost once a week, sometimes more. We love it. The Waitstaff is always great and the food is awesome. Unfortunately, I had a terrible interaction with the General Manager, John Farrington, of the Taunton location on 9÷17÷12. My debit card had been charged twice the week before, so I called the restaurant to try to get the issue fixed. Though he spoke to me in a calm voice, he basically told me I was wrong because his paperwork didn’t show a duplicate charge. He told me it didn’t matter if I brought a copy of my bank statement into the restaurant or not because they didn’t charge me twice but that it was a problem for me and my bank. I was writing down everything he said while we were on the phone because I was so surprised by his rudeness. I checked with my bank again and they verified that I had be double charged, so I went into Uno’s after work. I spoke to a different manager, Erin. She was awesome, professional, she listened, and even though we were looking at our paperwork side by side and both of our cases appeared to be right her first suggestion was that she would call the credit card department of the company and have them dig further. Exactly what any good customer service representative should have done. I feel bad that the GM, wasn’t as strong a customer service rep for his organization as the other manager was. I would love to give this restaurant 5 stars for the many nights of joy we’ve gotten out of the food and desserts and wait staff but on the merits of this restaurants person in charge, John Farrington, I can’t. I recommend the drive to Hanover or Braintree if you get the Uno’s munchies, because if you have a problem the GM will not be pro-customer to resolve it.

I eat here quite often, and the service is great every time. The staff are friendly, the pizza is delicious and the drinks are good. ‘Heart attack’ pepperoni cheese deep dish pizza is the best!

Though I have had a few good meals from Uno in the past, mostly at other locations, I had a pretty bad experience here involving shrimp scampi. The meal tasted off, and I only had a couple of bites, but it was enough to make me ill. This was one of those experiences which turns you off from a restaurant for a while. There are plenty of other options in the area for dining, so I won’t be back to this Uno in the foreseeable future. Additionally, I did not like being seated near the bar with my child. The seating near the bar is usually much louder, and not always appropriate for younger audiences. The hostess should have known better.

I know it’s a chain restaurant, but this is on e of my favorite ones. Their pizza is good but what I love is their chicken honey mustard salad. It’s so delicious. I like the décor inside and the staff are friendly. I have even had a waitress remember me even though I hadn’t been there in months! I haven’t tried much besides the pizza and salad so I cannot comment on anything else.

Brand new location right next to my parents house and the mall! Yah! I’m so happy that we finally have an Uno’s within in 10miles. They offer a club that you can get discounts from. The place is very big and they have friendly staff. I was able to combine coupons too! Even though it said you couldn’t. I just got in an email now a coupon for 25dollars off because of my birthday! yah! I can’t wait to check out the Antioch location here in Cali. I will write a review of that too.
