I placed a web delivery order with this store and over 15 minutes later I received a call informing me that they could not fill my chicken parm pizza order as they did not have any chicken and I would have to order something else. Then it took more than 60 minutes for the food to arrive when I was originally quoted 40 minutes. And lastly all of the extra cheese on the extra cheese pizza ended up in a corner of the box somehow during the process. On top of all of this, our french fries were cold.
I can understand the possibility of having to deal with one of these issues with an order but having to deal with all of them within a single order is unacceptable.
A year ago we ordered dinner from this location for a 50 person party and all of the cheese on the pizzas ended up stuck on the inside of the tops of the boxes. This order was us giving this location another chance.
Additionally, I tried sending a letter to corporate for several days on their website with pictures but my submission doesn’t go through. Go figure.

This place is hit or miss. One pizza can be under cooked and the second over cooked. I never know what’s going to show up. One time their chicken tenders were amazing another they were burnt and dry. I wish they would only serve their best product. When they do this place is amazing. I love the mix greens pizza and the buffalo tenders.

GROSS! This place went downhill. The last 2 times I’ve ordered from here the food was awful! Called to let manager know about the raw chicken in my wrap and she hung up me. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Bunch of kids working here and the manager is rude!

I ordered a Greek salad with extra feta and add tuna. I also ordered a like Rickey. I had to correct the lady on the phone 3 times because she wasn’t comprehending what I was saying. I get my food and there is barely any feta. No soda and raspberry vinegrette dressing… for a Greek salad… They brought soda and still no feta cheese. Completely annoyed. Good thing I didn’t order something complicated!!!

Their food is good but delivery takes forever, so I suggest if you like your food hot and fresh try to pick up your order instead of having it delivered.

Food is always good and usually quick delivery. Today we ordered 2 salads, granted it took an hour and 45minutes. When I called, the manager got on the phone. Very polite and professional and told us our food was on the house. Thank you! I will continue to order from your establishment!

If I could put zero stars I would in a heartbeat. I’m telling you I have such respect for people who work in the food industry. My friends and family all do and never I have I ever been more insulted and disappointed in a place ever. Bear with me as I am fuming right now.
I used to frequent this establishment when I worked locally for my lunch. I would get a Greek salad with chicken and it was good for what it was about 8 years ago. Now I tend to oder out once a week as a treat to my family. The past few years ordering from this place has been a nightmare. On numerous occasions I’ve waited over an hour and a half for delivery. Now that’s fine if the food gets there hot. It’s always dry and the quality of the food has gone down significantly. On 2 occasions they over charged my credit card by purchasing not only my to go order but someone else’s as well. Taking a week to return it to my account. Whenever I have called to speak to a manager about this place what sounds like a teenager gets on the phone and gives me an attitude. When I ask if it is the manager they say no but I am the supervisor. Well where is the manager I ask. I always get the same answer oh he is on tomorrow but when I call there is no manager to be found. I have written corporate a few times and most recently about 5 months ago with no response.
The customer service plain and simple sucks in this place. So I have been going to DeVitos Pizzeria for the past 5 months and what a difference. If they make a mistake which has only happened once in the probably 20 times I’ve ordered they immediately send someone out just for you and are so nice about it. Now they are closed on Sundays. This is my problem. My family wants take out on Sunday so where do I call? The choices around here aren’t very good. I reluctantly call Piezonis and order 3 times for my family. Not only was 1 hour and 15 minutes before I got the food but it was all cold and dry. The icing on the cake was it was not what I ordered. 1 item was correct and the other two were beyond wrong. Plus a couple sides I ordered were missing as well. I was charged for them but did not receive them. So I called and asked for a manager. My mistake. I was put on the phone with a «supervisor» that sounded like she was in high school. I politely explained to her how we had received the wrong order when she began to speak rudely to me and argue about what I had ordered. She was trying to tell me I was wrong and that was what I had ordered. Now I said to her I didn’t ask for peppers I asked for pepperoni. Whoever took the order put it in wrong and I had her read it back to me twice! Also my daughter ordered a steak and cheese sub just cheese and extra mayo. We got a steak sub with no cheese no mayo but extra mustard. Plus I mentioned the sides as well as she get even more mad. She said we will send it out but it will be a while so I don’t know when it will get there. So I said fine. Not like i had a choice anyways. So a few moments later i called back to ask if i was getting refunded some of my. money and she said no. I said well its going to be about 2 hours now my kids have been waiting and she snapped at me and said we dont do refunds. So finally I lost my patience and I snapped back at her like she was doing to me. I said so let me get this straight if you mess up my order or if someone charges my card the wrong amount you won’t refund the money? She was like no we will give store credit. What??? I asked for the real managers name and I wouldn’t understand her I think she was purposely saying it muffled so we wouldn’t hear it and I said can you just spell it since I can’t understand you. She said you don’t know how to spell it? I had enough. I will call tomorrow but I probably won’t get a manager. The one item that was right was another steak sub that looks and tastes like steak ems. I’m very much over this place and as I am writing this review I am still sitting here hours later waiting for my order that probably won’t arrive hot, or correct, if at all…
Oh wait they just can and yet again my calzone is wrong. Smh
Stay away from here if you k ow what’s good for you. Order DeVitos as well and if it is Sunday then just order chinese.

We have frequented this establishment several times over the past few years. Usually better than average. However, we recently ordered delivery and was told it would be 30 – 45 minutes. After 1 hour and 20 minutes I figured I better give a call and make sure my order wasn’t lost! As I was speaking with the Manage that evening the pizza arrives luke warm at best. My house is approximately 2 miles from where the pizza was made. I had to negotiate a rebate with the manager of $!5.00. Since I was using a credit card it should have been very easy to credit my card $!5.00 and keep a loyal customer. Instead the manager informs me that the 15.00 will be applied to a future order. There will not be a future order. Horrible customer service policy. To top off the lack of service I went to the Piezonis web site and informed them of my experience (their site indicates someone will get back to) I am yet to hear anything from a representative after 2 weeks. Not only did they lose my business that evening, our neighbors were visiting that evening and were not impressed and said they would be ordering from anywhere but Piezonis next time as well. I hope Piezonis loses even more business after reading this review!

We get delivery from here about once a month. The pizza is good but I don’t think it’s anything extraordinary. We usually get the wing dings. They’re bone-​in with a little crispy breading. I’d recommend those with a side of blue cheese over the buffalo wings (and I love buffalo wings). Even though the last time I ordered the wing dings they were twice the size because of some crazy extra breading, I’ll still order them and hopefully next time they are back to normal.
The onion rings are good here, and I like the cheeseburger sub. My new go-​to is the steak and cheese or steak bomb with extra cheese.
Piezoni’s is a solid pizza joint. You can even order online, and they send you coupons and discounts. Recently they started giving 20% discounts if you have a AAA card (dine-​in or carry out only). If you use a credit card it shows up as Pepperoni’s.

A really good pizza with a little kick to it. I highly recommend this place for a quick dinner or lunch pie. Try it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

The small pizzas are fairly good, including the gluten ones, but I can’t say the same about the large pizza. It’s rectangular shape first of all and the crust tastes like the dough you get from Walmart: very thick and chewy. I have to try it again to see if maybe it was just a bad day for pizza.

You would think something as simple as a salad would be easy to make. After a 20 minute wait, it finally arrived to my booth minus a fork. The chicken itself wasn’t very good at all. Almost tasted re-​heated in a microwave. Most likely will never return to this location again. Oh, and no WiFi is also a factor to minus a star.

Hit or miss. The pizza never comes out the same way. When it’s good it’s amazing. When it’s bad like today it’s just plan gross…

Five star for delicious food. My favorite is the boneless buffalo wings. Pizza is excellent.
Although, I had delivery today and my order was $ 25.63 and I had $ 40 and I asked the driver for change and he first told me he had no change on him. What? But then said hold on a minute and went and dug some out of his car. Jeez man! Who doesn’t carry change! I’m not givin ya a $ 15 tip!
But the rating is for the food, not the delivery guy.

While my Chicken Parm sub was crispy and delicious, I have to give this place a big fat F for service, hence my 3 star rating. I placed my order and waited over 20 minutes while watching the staff stumble over each other in the kitchen. Someone asked me after 10 minutes what i was waiting for and I told her I was waiting for Chicken Parm. I was pretty sure they had not started making it yet. This wouldn’t have bothered me except I could see there were plenty of staff who seemed not to be doing anything productive and they were eating in the kitchen while I waited over 20 minutes for my sub. I was on my way to a training and I was almost late due to their crappy service so I didn’t have time to eat my sub. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone or return myself. The food was decent but nothing out of the ordinary.

I’ve only had delivery from Piezoni’s, so I can’t tell you what the inside of this place even looks like. The buffalo chicken pizza is very good and is 100% worth trying. My only issue is that due to the greasiness of the pizza I actually get sick. I’ve never tried anything different, but the buffalo chicken, but if you ask anyone about Piezoni’s than most likely you will here that person bring up the buffalo chicken pizza. My last few times ordering from there, the quality wasn’t the greatest and it seems like its been forever since I’ve had their pizza. Not bad, but not the best!

They make the best Buffalo and BBQ pizza. Never tried anything else in there doe.

Best «bar style» pizza in Taunton, although don’t ask for well done… it comes out more like slightly burnt. Personal favorite is the buffalo chicken pizza with extra blue cheese (if you have it delivered, check the order before the guy leaves. On three occasions I ordered and was charged for extra blue cheese but didn’t get any). The jalapeño poppers (which they no longer serve… idiots!!) are outstanding as well (ask for extra dipping sauce… and again, if delivered, check the order). The rest of the menu is your basic pizza joint items, on par with most other pizza parlors. The pizza is where this place really shines. Can’t go wrong with any topping. They deliver but there is a delivery fee and the employees are your typical «half-​wit» high schoolers who aren’t smart enough for… well, anything. Recommended despite the morons behind the counter.

Best Buffalo Chicken in all of NE !!! Classic old «bar room» pizza.
