Good Chinese food, it’s a very clean take out restaurant with friendly Asian staff who you may have difficulty communicating with over the phone so if you order by ‘number’ as the menu instructs it is easy. People need to wake up to the fact this is a take out restaurant and throughout New England nearly all take out restaurants such as burger joints /​pizza shops give you one or two single serving condiment packs like ketchup, mustard, hot pepper flakes, or grated parmesan cheese per item ordered so if you order one meal expect one or two little ketchup size packets of soy sauce or duck sauce… want more ASK. It’s take OK? not Strega.
Food here is always fresh, tasty and reasonably price. Jay Bo Café is located in a small shopping plaza off exit 9 Route 495 on Bay Street, maybe a half mile from the nearby Holiday Inn at Myles Standish Industrial Park.

Went for lunch today. Last time I had was about a year ago. Now I know why. Owners have changed. Peking ravioli was burnt to a crisp. Was charged an extra 1.60 for a small side of housin sauce. Basically a tablespoon. Kung pao was just ok. Won’t be going back. I’ll drive further next time

Horrible.disgusting.greasy. Probably the worst Chinese I’ve ever eaten. I’m in the area for my cousins grad party and staying at a hotel we went out for some takeout thought it’d be good but probably the worst I’ve ever had. Big portions but what’s it matter if you don’t want to eat any of it after a few bites.

Chinese Food Friday for lunch!!!
Straight up Chinese food, no stupid chains, family owned, One of the OGs of chinese food that has the feel of the 90s! I say the 90s due to the fact that the price is from the 90s. What other restaurant in the area can beat these prices (Triple 888 in foxboro???)? Epic FREE sodas and crab rangoons with a 4 man lunch! NO STUPID ASIAN FUSION HERE!

A. here again. This is another work related Chinese take-​out place in the Taunton area. The price, portions and service are good. However, if I were to describe food quality with one word, ordinary would do the trick. Though, I kept coming back time and time again because it was just good enough.
