They do not allow returns which makes sense if you try returning after halloween but not before. Not cool…

Every year around the middle of September, temporary seasonal Halloween stores pop up all across the retail landscape, filling empty spaces in strip malls and indoor malls alike with spooky(and spookily overpriced) goodness. OK so picture one of those places, but about a gazillion times cooler. Then multiply that by ten. That should give you an idea of almost(but not quite) how awesome this store is. Halloween Connection is located in what used to be a Circuit City in Taunton, MA. In fact, they haven’t really made any effort to cover up the old«CIRCUITCITY» sign on the outside of the building in any way. They’ve shoved an inflatable pumpkinhead dude on the roof and stuck a little bright orange sign above the doors to alert the general public that all is not quite what it seems to be here in this old abandoned big-box electronics store. Let me list a few of the things you’ll find here at Halloween Connection: *Friendly, enthusiastic staff members *Amazingly detailed, movie-quality props and decorations for both indoors and outdoors *Beautifully merchandised and creative displays, including(but not limited to) an ACTUALSMALLAIRPLANE that«crashed» into a cemetery full of the walking dead, and a pirate ship complete with zombie mermaids *A huge selection of costumes for men, women, and children, ranging from the inexpensive $ 30 variety to the super-super-super-premium $ 200 type And let me be quite clear — the prices in this place are beyond reasonable. I almost felt like some of the stuff in there was priced INCORRECTLY because it was so cheap, especially compared to what you’ll see other stores charging for similar merchandise, and especially considering the very high quality of everything they carry. Halloween Connection is a CREEPYWONDERLAND, and it’s a must-visit destination for anyone and everyone who loves this holiday as much as I do.
