Worst Forever 21 I have ever been to! The atmosphere was not pleasant in the store, mostly due to the weird Halloween-​esce music that was also too loud and obnoxious. The store associates did not seem to care about the customers or working the floor and the dressing rooms were disgusting. As someone who used to work in retail I was highly displeased with my experience there this week. There were boys walking into the dressing room which is completely inappropriate, the girl who was supposed to be stationed at the dressing room was not there and the dressing rooms themselves were absolutely disgusting! The doors to the stalls were all missing doorknobs, some doors didnt even shut all the way and the floors were disgusting — I swear I was afraid I’d contract a disease by standing on them bare footed. Overall disgusted with my experience here, the manager needs to seriously step up their store’s appearance & appeal to customers or shut down. Yuck! Also, Forever 21 in general has gone up in price… their stuff used to be less expensive

This Forever 21 is much like a teen girl’s bedroom floor, a fashion catastrophe. You really have to search if you’re looking for something in patricular because everything’s a big jumbled mess and associates don’t really ask if you need help. The dressing room attendants walk over & ask, «how many do you have?» No «hi», «hello», «welcome». I’ve only once encountered a nice salesgirl working in the back section of the store.
