This place has some great boba! The Pistachio shake is amazing, and the Fro-yo topping selection is spectacular! They also have 50% off between 12 – 4! Score!!!

I love this place. They have delicious flavors. I like the texture of the yogurt and sugar free chocolate. The cashier is always super nice. Plus this place is open late. Very clean and even have some organic items.

The taste are really bad I don’t really recommend. There are lots of places better than here. The restroom was really dirty and I saw that they picked the strawberries with out gloves and use the toilet paper for cleaning the cups.

I have been here a few times. The owner is very interesting; a former Egyptian prosecutor and judge. I am not too fond of his employees but he seems to be hiring new people so service should be on the upswing. The variety and quality is excellent.

I always get Boba here, but they actually have really great froyo. The seasonal pumpkin is delicious and I love their flavor variety. The boba is just solid, good boba. They don’t have as much variety and some places, which I like because it’s hard to choose! We love their Thai tea and blended pistachio milk tea. I’ve never been disappointed!

Wasn’t impressed with this place. Their Boba milk tea was too sweet and barely had any boba. They were also hesitant to honor their Unilocal coupon.

Staff is super friendly & milk teas and boba are so good here. I was overwhelmed by all the yummy sounding options so a staff member gave me a sample and helped me narrow it down. She said of the milk teas, coconut, coffee, pistachio and honeydew were her faves. I got honeydew and it was delicious! Next time, I’m going to try the Nutella shake. You can add boba to it(!!!) as well as any other drink here.

Good boba, good flavors, and super fast! Happy that they have both froyo and boba drinks! I also like that it’s organic and kosher too! Our drinks were a little watered down, though. That would be my only issue. But the boba is nice and chewy.

My 14-y-o daughter is into boba lately(sweetened, colored tapioca chunks that zip up your big fat straw unexpectedly and repeatedly in the middle of your Thai Iced tea, or whatever, drink)! This place struck me as an excellent concept – the many flavors of drinks and layout and method of service, reminiscent of Yogurtland. I was so impressed with how well-run it was(polite and efficient, with a feel-good atmosphere) and had never seen one before, so I asked if this was a franchise. Turns out it’s about to be(Even in our hometown of Glendale!) and we were lucky enough to experience the ORIGINAL, back when… We’ll be back… Ps – they had a place for my friend’s dog(outside seating), unlike that other joint down the street, with the $ 10 valet!

Yum Yum! Had a late night craving for some boba milk tea and decided to give it a whirl since it was local, open & new. Gotta support new businesses in the neighborhood if we want them to stay! Nice clean establishment. Grabbed a few yogurt samples while I waited & must say, was delicious! Easy call on this one. If you’re craving yogurt or boba tea like I was, be sure to pay a visit and support this spot. Good clean fun with free parking!

Came here for a quick dessert after brunch. I had yogurt with fresh fruit toppings and my friend had fresh fruit smoothie with boba. Apparently, they use all fruit in their smoothie with no added powder. My friend said it was good and refreshing. My yogurt was typical. I had the cake batter and red velvet yogurt with mango, blueberries, strawberries, cheesecake, poppers, mochi and graham cracker crumbs. The cake batter was pretty good. The red velvet on the other hand not as silky as the cake batter. It was sorta bitter and rough around the edges; not as I would expect red velvet to taste. Overall customer service is good!

Went to YoBoLand today on June 282015 around 8:40 pm. It was very good. I had a Nutella Shake with boba. I looked at there yogurt selection, seems good to try out next time. :)

I came here because I had a coupon where my first 3 oz. of yogurt is free. My husband always tells me, «you don’t have to buy anything just because you have a coupon». My hydro-colonic person is in this building so I decided to stop by YoBoLand after seeing my person. The place was nice and clean, the girl behind the counter was very nice. I got a small frozen yogurt with toppings and a large café latte. It was good, they had a good selection of yogurt and sorbets with lots of fresh toppings. Their café Latte was good however I prefer Starbucks, Coffee Bean or Peet’s but it was decent if you’re craving for a latte right then and there. I would definitely go again and order other drinks and take my kids here. But, as long as I have coupons.

Are all the previous reviews friends of the owner and staff? Sure, the staff was friendly and helpful, but the accessories to the teas underwhelm. I consider myself a boba connoisseur, having traveled near and far for the best bobas over almost 2 decades. I had the rose and passion fruit black tea with rainbow jelly and boba at Yobo Land. The tea mixture tasted good, but the jelly and boba was flavorless! It was like chewing bland pieces of plastic. Pricewise, the tea is comparable to Boba Truck Café, but over all, it’s still pretty far in quality. While the place had catchy pictures and colors, the small round tables with booths were odd. There’s a lot of room for improvement. Please start on better tasting bobas and jellies!

I go to the nail salon next door and I’ve been excited for YoboLand to open. I am so happy they are here. The staff was really nice and excited to serve me. I got a Piña colada boba drink and I love it!!! The place is clean and inviting. The yogurts are delicious and freshly made.(And kosher) I will definitely be back!

A new frozen yogurt/boba franchise in my neighborhood!!! At first I thought it was a kiddie playland but today I realized it was what I’ve been waiting for for years. Every other neighborhood had one. About time we had one!!! 4stars for the nice ladies behind the counter. That being said, the frozen yogurt(I tasted strawberry, watermelon, chocolate) wasn’t as good as menchies. Actually, chocolate was pretty good. I ended up ordering black tea with boba and coffee jello. The tea and boba was good. The coffee jello was quite hard. Definitely not the taiwanese style coffee jello served at the asian boba places. I can get used to the hardness though. At least I don’t have to drive far to get my boba fix.
