Three Oaks At Warmsprings

I have hired the Three Oaks Event Planning team for several parties at my home. I haven’t used the location referred to in the other reviews. My review is about Amy and her staff in regards to events off-​site. I have relied on Amy for parties ranging from business events, to holiday parties, to a funeral reception. For a company party with around 25 guests, I hired Three Oaks to bartend, and to pass food. Amy remembered everyone’s name and what they were drinking, and would be mixing their drinks as they approached the bar the second time. For an 80s party I threw, the staff arrived dressed for the decade. For my father’s funeral, I ordered food to be delivered, and asked Amy to come to the house while we were at the service. I knew I wouldn’t have to think about anything and simply left my door unlocked so they could come set everything up. We arrived at the house and every detail was taken care of. She brought flowers, set up the bar, the tables and linens, when we ran out of food because I hadn’t ordered enough, Amy took care of it and had more food sent. Her team made sure both I and my guests were taken care of with small details like making sure I was given food and drinks. I will never use any other service for an event. Amy has the unique quality of possessing both warmth and incredible attention to detail. And, her staff is equally excellent.

Beautiful location, amazing backyard, and VERY friendly owners, but the house REEKED of dog urine. REEKED. Smacks you in the face the second you walk through the door.
We did hair and makeup in the house, which was a decent setup (plenty of room and beautifully remodeled bathrooms), but my purse now smells like dog urine because it was on the carpet while working.
I just feel like a few things were overlooked. Dry rot on the wedding arch, Wayne could have put something nicer on during the wedding, the guests had to walk all the way up the hill to get their plates and walk all the way back down to get the food. The tables could have been organized differently to fit the buffet up the hill. Not that it was a far walk, but most women were in heels and the walk was mostly cobblestone.
Overall, it was a great venue, but I’m not sure how we were supposed to take, «If anyone asks, you all are cousins.» Uhhh…

I am in love with this venue. I’ve worked several weddings here and my sisters wedding was here 1−11−15. The place is gorgeous, you have so many set up options, and the owners are wonderful hard working people. Amy is such a sweet person with a passion for helping others for any occasion. I highly recommend this location in Canyon Country, CA.
