The Other Side

The worst customer service I went in there last week asked if they can order Roots Organic and he was like yes It will be here Wednesday morning well Wednesday rolled around and I called it will be here by 3:00 ok cool well I called around 3:00 nope won’t be in till tomorrow and tomorrow rolled around and it was still not there then he tells me we will have it in on Friday for sure so I waited Friday came and then he tells me it’s on back order well that was a lie he never ordered it not cool all he had to say was the truth he never ordered it … On top of everything he was rude to me and my husband I do t recommend this place he is a lier !!! You just missed out on a lot of business buddy !!!

Awesome store with great customer service and equally great product knowledge. The store is very nicely put together with interesting displays and tons of products to check out.

I have been to my fair share of hydroponic stores all over SoCal. I have NEVER been this impressed. Never, never, and never. I am a first time customer, and I will from now on abstain from any other hydro store.
I walk in looking to buy some products I thought I needed, because of the symptoms my plants were having. I felt welcomed, my voice was heard, and my ears heard good advice back. I was given some samples of products that would help me out, and he didn’t even want to sell me anything… I’m dead serious. He did not want to sell me something I didn’t need. In fact I was told I was good to go, and I hadn’t purchased anything. just samples :)
After what felt like begging to buy, I came out with a few products that I really DO need. I felt angry at the nonsense that was pushed on me at other stores. And I walked out more than satisfied with the prices, and oh yea. even more discounts! But wait… there’s more! He even threw in a free shot glass for measuring my nutes!
Could not be more satisfied. Do not go anywhere else. Don’t.

Very helpful. Have been coming back for years. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and straight to the point. They never bullshit you to get a bigger sale, unlike most every other shop I’ve been to. Thanks Ed for all the great years of service!

Eddie-​owner and his cool dogs are very friendly. Eddie is super knowledgeable on growing. Love the store/​has many hard to find items. Has AN, yellow bottle and House & Garden on shelves. He sells used equipment too-​kinda rare. Will be going back! Highly RECOMMENDED if you need information based upon hydroponic growing from a no-​bullshit seasoned grower…
