When I finally decided to try a chiropractor, because Dr. Arad came highly-​recommended, I apprehensively made an appointment. I was willing to try anything to take the pain away. Before my first visit with Dr. Arad, and for years, every few months my neck and shoulders would strap me to my bed for weeks in intense pain, I couldn’t move my head in either direction.
I have been going to Dr. Arad at the Inner Health and Wellness Center ever since that first visit so many years ago. I can’t thank him enough. I am a changed woman. Due to my scoliosis (which was undetected until my early 20’s), my spine is in the shape of an «S.» (Interestingly, I’m told the «S» shape helps compensate on one side of my body for the other so the «S» is actually better that than a «C“shaped spine.)
This doctor changed my life. Dr. Arad’s magical adjustments and infrared pulse machine, combined with heat and massage, loosen and relax my spine. Dr. Arad also gave me homework — mandatory exercises to do (which is why I now work out regularly). I diligently do this routine at home. These exercises have strengthened the muscles around my spine and helps with my posture as an added benefit.
Since that first visit, I noticed a change. Just a moderate amount at first but after I visited regularly for just a few weeks and doing his recommended exercises — though my scoliosis is still there — the pain is not as frequent or as painful. (If I wanted to have a «normal» back, I would have to be in a back brace for about a year so that’s not going to happen.) The adjustments leave me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed and most importantly pain-​free most of the time. I am more mobile and limber than ever and I’m in my 50’s! I follow his regimen and it works. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Arad is a genius. I highly recommend him.
P. S.: I haven’t tried the colonic treatment yet but since I hear such great results from Dr. Arad and his patients, I am ready!

After many years of hearing about it I decided to try the colonic treatment. Dr. Yami and Elva made me feel very comfortable and they were informative and guided me professionally throughout the process. The room and equipment are clean and top notch. Elva is a pro at making you understand what is going on and keeping you relaxed during her time with you. I highly recommend colonic treatment as a good internal cleaning of your system. And there is no better place to do then at The Inner Health and Wellness Center.

Rip off, do not do endormology worst investment bought a $ 800 package and no difference still lumpy and not smooth. I could’ve done liposuction or surgery for the amount they charged. Worst treatment.

I normally come here for the chiropractic services but decided to get a colonic. It’s something I have been wanting to do for awhile now. Elva made me feel very comfortable and was very informative and guided me the whole way. I love every bit of this staff. The room in which the procedure was done was very clean. I never thought I’d say that I can’t wait to go back for another!

Been coming to Dr. Yami Arad for years now and have never been disappointed. Came in today for a treatment because I had really bad back pains. Immediately after I feel so much better. He is a very knowledgeable and I highly recommend. You can thank me later :-)

Went today fir my first visit. Was nervous about seeing a chiropractor but I have been in pain from a carvcrash. Dr Yami was great. The whole process is very relaxing and nothing like I thought it would be. I wish I would have went right away.

Dr Yami is extremely professional and simply great at what he does. He always has a smile on his face and he knows how to crack backs! There are very few Chiropractors I would trust with my neck and Yami is by-​far the best of them. His prices are more than reasonable and his knowledge is vast. I would highly recommend.
