I started seeing Julie in 2006, I was in constant pain. I couldn’t exercise without hurting for days after. Now I am running trail races, doing trapeze and boot camp classes. Julie saved me. I will never stop rolfing. I love it.

I have been known about Rolfing for a long time, but meeting Julie confirmed everything I knew about it… She is simply the BEST !!! Highly recommend for anybody with body aches and without. It is necessary for healing and prevention. Don’t wait to be in pain, see Julie before to prevent body aches!

If you’re not familiar with Rolfing, here’s a good site: In short, it’s a unique method for working on the body to get, deep lasting changes and deliver intense relief of chronic pain. You have to experience it for yourself, it’s vastly more rewarding than just getting a massage and Julie is simply amazing! I’m a bartender, so I get pretty sore from being on my feet for long hours and from the repetitive motion of lifting bottles and pouring a lot of drinks, etc. I go to Julie and she does wonders for my arms, my shoulders, my back, my whole body really! She’s really good at what she does and really easy to work with. If you’re hurting just about anywhere, I’d highly recommend seeing her!
