I tried out Joey due to the great views and because I bought a voucher perfect for trying out a new hair dresser!
Joey was professional, friendly, and is very talented. She took her time with me and my hair looked pretty good. My uncle who insults me on a regular basis even complimented my hair and said I didn’t look like white trash this time. Means a lot LOL.
While I would consider going to Joey again, unfortunately her prices are a lot more than I can afford (but comparable to other places South of Ventura). I believe it was $ 90 for a retouch and $ 155 for a retouch with full highlights. I have a guy in North Hollywood who is pretty good and a lot more inexpensive (even though it’s a bit of a drive for me).
Joey, if I made more money you would be my hair dresser.

I got my hair cut last weekend by Joey and I absolutely love it!!! Many different ways I can style my hair and I have received so many compliments this past week. She has an awesome location with a Starbucks right across the street from her suite and a Chipotle! Great location

Joey is truly amazing. … She has this cozy little spot by Starbucks. She takes the time to listen to you and understands what you want. Her knowledge of hair is crazy and at the same time she’s a mom and just a cool down to earth person. I have been to her 3 times and also took my son. Try her out! She will blow you away!

I went to joey for the first time today and wow. She made me look like a different woman. Went in with my super long, curly virgin hair and walked out a lighter, prettier, younger version of myself. Her personality was also pleasant company. She was attentive, polite, skilled, and very detail oriented. She also communicated well with me about what I wanted to make sure everything is just how I would like. I think she’s a joy to be around, and she’s a wonderful artist that understands hair and color. Will be a return client for many more years to come. My hair feels healthy and looks vibrant and soft. Go to her!

Joey cut my 17 year old son’s hair today. I insisted he go to Joey since his Senior Pictures are coming up. He was not happy about the drive (it’s about 20 miles) but I insisted. She did a wonderful job… he looks great. He even commented that he’ll be driving the 20 miles from now on to get his hair cut. My turn tomorrow :-)

Joey is wonderful! She did a great job coloring my hair. I had specific needs due to what amounted to a color repair. Since I am traveling a lot, I asked her to color it in a way that would look professional while growing in. It’s been over 6 weeks and I am as happy now as I was the day of the color and cut. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the Valley

incredible! I love always changing my hair and being creative with my style. Joey is on point. Always happy with my look. From punk purple pink n blue to natural blondes and browns. Highly recommended!
